Used to be a great experience
Used to order my ink exclusively thru HP. Always liked that price was comparable and when there was % off 2nd cartridge I took advantage of extra savings. Also like that free shipping within 2 days. Not any longer. Tracking kept cjangin and last two times took at or over 10 business days. I also have not seen the % off 2nd cartridge in a long time. You no longer off any advantage to order from you. Good by!

I now have purchased two magenta cartridges all my others are new but weeks to months old and I still have not printed a single page on this trash can filler.

I just installed this cartridge (951XL Magenta) brand new out of the box and it bricks my printer! I get an error saying there is an ink error. I reinstall the depleted cartridge and the printer comes back to life but no printing yet ( depleted ink).
