Rated 4 out of 5 by Freckles93 from SO FAR SO GOOD Very easy to set up. Like everything about it, from the ease of moving the screen to fit my needs to the ease of access to what I am looking for. Very fast from signing on to multi-tasking. So far very pleased. However, I will need to give it over 6 months to be convinced that it is good for the long term. My last HP all-in one only lasted 6 months. This one is superior to my last HP. Will check back in 7 months. But so far so good!! Mike M.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Michael J P from Great Price for Abundant Features and Performance I had an HP computer since 2006 and loved the reliability, performance, and capabilities that it provided. I still use that older Windows 7 device for odd tasks but am enamored with the new Windows 11 HP 24-cr1085t computer. For the price, it's hard to beat for the features it provides and the reputation and support that I know will carry me into the years ahead.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Idle Computer from Good service A little frustrated, I have not set up the computer yet. I purchased it with the understanding I would have the PC Mover program to transfer all my information. But I later received an email that the program purchase was cancelled because it was no longer available. I contacted HP and was told it was available and was being reordered. Then I got another email saying it was cancelled! So at this time I am without a PC Mover program and a $1200 computer sitting here doing nothing. Just a bit frustrated with this whole thing. I saw it available on other websites, so I don't know what the issue really was. Still deciding whether I want to deal with HP on this or get the program elsewhere.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Cgruiz from This is a Great Computer. My HP Envy I purchased in 2009 finally gave out. Still works but very slow and display very dim. The new HP AIO I purchase in December is great. Works like a champ very fast and display is great.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Jamie 1971 from Broke from the start. I bought this All in One computer as a Christmas gift. I placed the order around the 12th of December. I received it in time for Christmas. A couple days after Christmas we put everything together and tried to set up the new computer, and nothing showed up on the monitor. I done some checking everything was hooked up correctly. I checked the trouble shooting page any done everything it recommended. Still nothing. So I call the helpline. That is really a joke, the helpline.. I done everything they asked still nothing. I was told at this time I would need to call a different department. Ok. I done this on the next business day, and would you believe they had me do the same thing as the first time I called. Still nothing working. The person did email me return label. I printed it off and got the package sent out the next day. By now it is January the 8th or 9th. Tracking shows my package was delivered to them on the 13th. They said once they received the broken one they would send me a new one. Well here it is the 23th of January and no computer. I have received out 3 times on there website and I I have gotten is the run around. On can give me an answer to when I will receive my computer. This whole experience has been a pain in my neck. Best I can tell the whole company is a joke. No one want to do there job. I will never do business with them again once this is resolved…..

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bill O, from HP All-In-One Computer I am extremely happy with the purchase of this all in one computer. The computer arrived earlier than scheduled from when I bought it which was a pleasant surprise. The setup instructions worked perfectly and I was able to get on and get my work done without problems. The computer is quick to boot up, shut down and perform all the tasks I need. I am very happy with the result.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Paul Jay from Wonderful all-in-one desktop computer Wonderful all-in-one desktop computer. The large monitor screen display is sharp and clear. The Ultra 7 processor is much faster than my previous Core i3 processor and has more memory and storage capacities. There is nothing about this computer that I do not like.

Rated 4 out of 5 by David VW from Decent machine with chintzy mouse and keyboard Setup was easy. Sound is pretty decent. System seems decently fast for my use, definitely faster than my 10 year old PC but I'm not a gamer. I miss the touch screen on my old PC but I didn't want to spend the extra money for the touch screen. The included wired mouse and keyboard are chintzy. For a machine costing this much HP should include a wireless mouse and better (bigger) keyboard. That would use one of the four existing USB ports but a USB hub is inexpensive to purchase if additional USB ports are needed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by R. Naples from Great Performance However there are not enough usb ports (4), and I'd prefer shorter mouse and keyboard wires.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MikeC2 from A Perfect 10 Years In 2014 I bought a 23-inch HP All-in-One desktop. After 10 years of daily use, I bought a 2024 model as I wanted a faster one, but the 2014 model still works as great as it did when new. The new model is extremely fast and I am very happy with it. I have confidence that it too will work great for 10 years and still be going strong.

When you turn the desktop on, is a power light visible to show that it is on? Where is the light?

Asked by: Bev123
In the case of this unit, the computer portion is built into the monitor. The power button is on the back of the screen. When you turn on one, you turn on both in this case. The light to show it is on is on the bottom right of the screen.
