I bought this backpack during President's Day sale where it was clearly stated: Buy 1 Campus backpack, get 1 FREE! When I opened my delivery, there was one backpack. I contacted the HP support but they said that order was for one backpack and one backpack was delivered. I noted the BOGO promotion but they said nothing and closed the case. So I returned the backpack and will not be shopping sales on HP.com any more.
