The HP representative I spoke to was very helpful and supportive. I got my replacement printer in a couple of days delivered to my house.

    Rated 2 out of 5 by maztec from HP asks me for a review daily, it's fantastic! I bought this two weeks ago. I've used it twice. Setup was easy. I have no idea what my real thoughts on it are. My only complaints are that it doesn't wake on LAN and I have not found a setting to support that, and documents scanned with my HP Scanner take 10 seconds per page to print for no apparent reason. Oh, and the repeated emails asking me for reveals.

I can honestly say that that is true because I turned down an attractive writing gig wherein they wanted me to "highlight only the good points of the product" (my words, not there`s). Bringing baby home from the box:It arrived upside-down based on the outside lettering, even so, I was able to ease it out of its box, position it like the one-page illustration. Despite this shipping drawback it was in excellent condition, as you will soon seeSetting it up/initializing it:Despite the drawback of having disparate equipment on my part (I have an early 2008 iMac desktop that has an outdated operating system (OS 10.11.6 El Capitan) that I am unable to update on one hand, and an Apple 10XS Max mobile on the othernevertheless, it was EZ to set up.The only problem I encountered:At first I had difficulty behind two-sided printing`; in reality, the mistake was mine, LOL! I forgot to highlight the printer I am reviewing herein instead of the default (old) one in the menu on my outdated desktop. I may pride myself on being a fairly astute geek, but I have to eat it on this one, heh-heh.Overall:Since then, I`ve printed copies of several of my stories that I submitted to publishers along with the cover letters. Two-sided, BTW, without a hitch. In addition, it`s quick and the colors are brilliant, too, because there`s an online Facebook group I am a member of that requires a photo with story submissions; therefore, I tried out that feature as well.So far, I see no reason not to recommend this product.

I have been looking for a printer for my office at home and I was not sure exactly what brand or quality of a printer I was really looking for and I was able to obtain this printer and I am absolutely overjoyed.I bought some regular printer paper at a local Walgreen`s and the copies were excellent print quality, no ink smudges, and no paper jams. I am also super impressed with the printer speed and I love the fact I can print from any device, my phone, office computer, all with great accuracy and detail. It was a very easy installation set-up, the-step-by-step process was not complicated at all. It is very fast, efficient, and easy to connect to your Wi-Fi.The most amazing thing I liked was the content of the pictures I printed and how they looked. I am an amateur at a lot of the computer stuff, but I must say, overall things could not have been any smoother. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends, family and co-workers

The colors were well defined and it printed very fast. I was able to set it up on my wifi and print from my iPhone. It never worked again after the first day. I even tried to set it up on my other computer but nothing happened. I kept getting error messages. When I tried yo diagnose and fix the problem, I kept receiving a message that it could not be diagnosed or fixed. The printer would even shut off on its` own. I`ve tried to reach the printer support link for HP but the link continues to display an error message for the webpage. The HP virtual assistant is absolutely no help because it does not offer a choice that has to do with my issue. This has been my worse HP setup ever.

Just took it out of the box and plugged it in.Size: It was bigger than I expected and very heavy. It is very deep so sticks off my shelf a bit. You need a deep sturdy surface to support this printer. The color and look of it are really nice. Setup: Setup was fairly easy to figure out but I really wish it came with more detailed instructions. I was basically just figuring out on my own the different options on the touch screen but I am pretty tech savvy. For someone not so, I think this would be difficultUse: I was able to connect this printer to my phone and computer but it took some troubleshooting to get it to print, not easy without instructions. I could print right from my phone which was so convenient. I don`t like that there`s no scanner function, seems you can only print and that`s it. Again, maybe it does more, but without a manual I have no idea the functions it has. It prints beautifully and is very fast and much quieter than your average home printer. It has separate color ink cartridges for each color and each one is quite expensive so watch out there. I`m hoping they last quite awhile due to the size. The print quality is quite nice on this one compared to other printers I`ve had.Overall I think this is a great printer if you are just looking to print and nothing else

The setup was quick and easy with dual band I selected wireless of course. The HP Color LaserJet Pro M255dw meets the industry standard when it comes to printing. The one thing HP could do better is increase the cycle time per print. Overall, the HP Color LaserJet Pro M255dw fulfils daily printing tasks. 😊

It`s compact, it works seamlessly whether I`m printing from my phone, network or usb cable. While using for creating a presentation, was fast and the colors were extremely vivid and looked extremely professional. It processes the print jobs very quickly and appears to be a very solid, all-around small business printer. It is very easy to use and set up with very intuitive screen menus. The touch screen display is easy to input as well. I`m very impressed with the performance and features of this printer, HP hit it out of the park on this model.

You can easily set it up by typing 123hp.com/laserjet into your browser and the website finds the printer through wifi and prompts you through the set up process. It is quick and easy right out of the box. It produces quality color documents and quickly prints two-sided documents. I especially like the small touch screen on the top right side of the printer. It has setup and supplies features, along with apps that access Dropbox and Google Drive. I can highly recommend this printer for a home office or as a personal printer on someone`s desk. It is compact, but a bit heavy.

I made some posters and they look fantastic and vivid. Laser printers are the way to go. The images look as if they were done in a print shop, but, then again, it`s called a Laser Jet "Pro" and it is nothing short of very professional! Thank you HP for continuing to make outstanding printers.

The printer comes with great touchscreen control panel that makes setup and troubleshooting easy. After the setup, I printed a test page and was very impressed with high quality crisp colors, and the fast printing speed. The print quality was also very impressive.My favorite features of the printer was the touchscreen control panel, the color printing, and the ability to print on the front and back of the page.Compared to other printers that I have used the M255ddw, the print quality is excellent.Overall, I was really impressed with the printer as a whole. Well designed and a great fit for my home office.

It would be beneficial if this type of printer could weigh a little lighter. Also during the initial configuration I has chose that a business would manage the device as a test...i tried to change this option but could not find. Even tried restoring the defaults but that did not work.
