I've had a lot of small office printers and this one is by far the best ever. Simple set up, reliable wifi, intuitive controls. Printing is beautiful and very very fast. Cannot recommend this enough. Also, super happy with the refurb. Perfect condition.

It does come with all four setup cartridges. The black setup toner is good for up to 2000 pages and the colors are good for up 1000 pages.

I print hundreds of 5.25x7.25 envelopes and 4.25x6.5 envelopes. It looks like the default tray will handle these sizes. What is the tray capacity for these, or do I have to feed them through manually, one at a time (yikes!)?

I tried to scan a document to a USB drive, it does not do it, there is no option in the menu to scan to usb

Scan to a USB flash drive
Use the printer control panel to scan a file directly to a USB flash drive.

1. Place the document on the scanner glass or into the document feeder according to the indicators
on the printer.
2. Insert the USB flash drive into the USB port on top of the printer.
3. From the home screen on the printer control panel, touch the Scan icon, and then touch Scan to
USB.
4. Select the location on the USB drive where you want to save the scanned file.
5. Touch the File Name field and type in the file name using the onscreen keypad.
6. Touch the File Format drop-down list to select a file type.
7. If you want to preview the scan or change the scan options, do the following:
● To preview the scan, touch the Preview icon to the left of the Send button.
● For additional scan options, touch the drop-down list at the top of the Scan to USB window.
8. Touch Send to scan the document and save it to the USB drive
