It also had trouble printing from PDF files. An error message would appear on the printer and fail to print the PDF. Save yourself the trouble and get another laser printer. This one was just too much trouble.

    The maximum dimensions on HP printers are with the paper trays open, and the lid for the scanner/copier open. This way you know how much clearance you need in case the printer is going in a tight spot. Thanks for shopping with HP!

    What resolutions (i.e., 300 dpi, 600 dpi, etc.) does the scanner support? Can I select the resolution when scanning? I normally scan at 600 dpi for clarity.

    Thank you for your question! This printer model uses the HP 215A toner cartridges. There is not a high-yield cartridge option.

    I just bought this printer and when i use the I just bought this printer, I'm trying to use a Glossy printable sticker paper 216x279mm to print something and the paper keeps jamming. I try changing the settings and its not working. Please advise.
