Excellent Print Quality for the Price!
Very economical and efficient printer. It would be even better if it was a bottom-feed printer. This would make it more convenient to store in a limited space desk or shelf.

printer seems good. HP service I would give a 0, unable to log in , has me listed in canada, I live in arizona. None of the service peoplem were able to help. I was unable to sign up for ink because could not enter a US address.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Bought this on walmart, was suppose to get a pin/code in box with the printer to activate 3free months of ink. The card with the code was not in the box. I contacted HP about it and they just send automated messages saying they will help. Never got help! 2 weeks later, still no code!!!

Very good printer quality. The recommended subscription can be a little pricey. You don’t have to purchase the subscription for the printer to work but you can’t get the printer drivers which is a negative unless you buy the subscription

This is the second HP printer I have had to return because it wouldn’t recognize there was paper in the
Tray. I even bought HP paper. Wouldn’t print 1 sheet. I’m done with this brand.

With regard to purchase an HP DeskJet 2723e.
The purchase itself went smoothly. But after it was delivered, it took 4-5 of your staff, spending hundreds of hours to installed it because of a minor issue in installation of ink cartridges, which I managed to resolve it by myself.

What is the basic difference between the 2755e and the 3755, other than $20.??
the 3755 does not have a flatbed glass for scanning, you have to feed the document to be scanned into the printer. If you want to lay several small items on a glass flatbed and then scan them as one page, 3755 will not work. but 3755 does have a screen where you can tell it to do things. It seems the 2755, larger and with flatbed glass, does not have a built in command screen. from what I can figure out from the website, you must download the software into your phone, tablet, or computer and then you give the commands on your device. The website is not clear at all. and it seems strange that HP answered your question with only information about the size. If I am not correct on any of this I hope HL will make a comment.

Do I have to use the Hp+ to use this printer?
HP+ is completely optional with this unit and would just grant you an extra year of warranty, 2 years of dedicated HP+ support, the HP Smart Advance app, and the free period for Instant Ink.

Hello. Thanks for your question. HP Plus is a benefit that comes with a 2nd year of warranty from HP, advanced scanning features, and you can send unlimited faxes for the life of the HP printer.
The HP Instant Ink concept is based on the number of pages you print. Not the ink. When your printer is low on ink, HP will send you ink before you need it at no additional cost. Hello and thank you for your question! The HP Deskjet 2755e All-in-One Printer does not feature automatic duplex printing. The page must be turned over and re-inserted in order to print double-sided.
