I couldn’t get my 2800 printer working so I called HP and the helper on the phone said I was using a substandard brand of ink cartridge. I told him that I was using the ink that came with the printer. I finally gave in and joined printer and paper HP replacement again. It immediately came on line and printed for me. I have nearly full ink cartridges on both of my printers and yet HP has sent me replacement cartridges 3 times in the last two months! Give me a break! Never buy an HP!

It wasted our a lot of time to always make connection with internet. Otherwise it doesn't work properly until connect with internet. This process is tricky and puzzling. We had to buy another printer to get rid of it.

What's more, it was affordable and just retired my last HP Printer of the last 10 year to purchase a new one. When considering new printers take a serious look at the HP brand and their Instant Ink offering. They will save you money.

    How do I print on cardstick paper?

    Thank you for your question! It is unclear what is being asked. This HP DeskJet 2855e All-in-One Printer will be compatible with paper up to 145lb paperweight. As long as the Card Stock paper has a paper weight at or under 145lb it will print just like any other print.
