    Is this the updated HP Envy 7855?

    Does this printer require HP Smart to be installed on a computer for setup, or is it possible to set this printer up via USB without an internet connection and without downloading anything?

    Can I print using my android phone's hotspot?

    Thank you for your question! This HP DeskJet 2855e All-in-One Printer is designed to print with WiFi direct or WiFi networks. Typically phone hotspots can work with printers. However, HP recommends using your printer on a WiFi network for ease of use. If your phone is connected to your home WiFi network, this will work perfectly with the HP Smart App installed on your phone.
