Best printer I've used
So far so good! I've had this printer for a week or so and already printed over 100 pages. I like not having to worry about searching for ink, and they automatically send more to you. when you sign up for the HP ink program. It gives you options to buy a monthly plan that best fits your personal or business needs. Perfect size for my work desk., and lightweight. It is WIFI ready also.

I am impressed with the quality of this printer. It is very well made. It was also very easy to install. I downloaded the app to my phone and before I knew it I was printing. I can even print remotely from my phone. Also it came with 3 months of ink. The print speed is very fast. The colors are bright and clear. Scanning was much easier than I was expecting. I highly recommend this printer wether for personal use or work from home. I love it!

Perfect printer for home use!
The HP DeskJet 2852e is a fantastic little printer to keep in my home office! It's super lightweight, has an easy-to-refill paper tray, and the Wifi capabilities are all wonderful perks. The print quality is perfect for my needs as I primarily print shipping labels and not heavy color ink-loaded images signing up for the HP Ink program has been beneficial. I chose the lowest plan and it's worked very well! Overall I'm super happy with this printer and feel like it will fullfill my needs for years t ocoe.

Quick Efficiency
I received my HP printer and easily was able to set it up. The printer was lightweight and came with 2 ink cartridges, one black and one for colored ink. I did have some difficulty trying to hook up wifi enabled to print from my phone. The print on my pages were very clear and had a high degree of depth. I was happy with the quality of copying and printing. The manual states that my ink capacity based on my usage should last 3 months and HP enabled a quick subscription to have automatic delivery of your ink.

Convenient for Home Use
This is your basic everyday printer for simple print jobs like documents and forms. You can make copies, scan, and print using a USB cable if needed. It is perfect for at home or even personal use in a classroom.
The setup was very easy and quick by following the online instructions through the HP app on my mobile phone, although there is an included reference guide printed in English, French, and Spanish with helpful directions for the setup and error codes for the control panel.
The two included ink cartridges were easy to install and the printer connected to my wifi without any problems.
The print quality of color prints could be better because they seemed dull but the print was clear. It does print color photos but just don't expect professional quality photos.
I like the convenience of this lightweight printer and its sleek design, including the user-friendly control panel, for at-home use, as well as its ease of use for your basic print jobs. Therefore, I would recommend this printer if it fits your needs.

Best first home printer
This printer is lightweight but does what it says it'll do! Set up was fast and easy using my cell phone and wifi. It was up and running in 10 minutes. The app is useful and handy. Can't beat 3 months of free ink that will ship to you without having to remember. The color prints were clear. Prints fast enough for my home business.
Features I appreciate about this printer; recyclable ink cartridges; energy saving mode; never lose Wi-Fi because it automatically reconnects if connection lost; and the easy set up with HP app.

Easier than 1,2,3
I work from home and print, a lot. After setting up, which took minutes, I was good to go. First thing I printed was a report for work. Everything was smooth and quick. No paper jam, no ink smudges. My previous printer has some years behind it, sort of like me, and was starting to smudge ink and occasionally, jam.
This is super easy to use.
My mom, while internet savvy at 77, isn't overly app savvy and she was able to print what she needed without help from myself or my teen son using the app on her phone. I love that it comes with an app as well. Up with the times!
I also love that it has the ability to print flyers, brochures, etc. I have a side hustle and having the ability to print flyers and brochures, in record time, will increase my reach to new customers. With just the touch of a button, you are good to go!
I love that I am able to get HP to send me the ink, when it gets low, without having to order it myself. There automatic ship is a God send, as I have been caught many a day with having to run to get ink.
I am definitely an HP customer for life. It doesn't get much better!

Set up was completely painless- great printer!
This printer is great- I’ve tended to have the technological equivalent of gremlins seem to haunt my printers historically, with that said, this printer is very much intuitive. Download the app, follow instructions (they’re not hard- basically you just pop the ink cartridges in and plug it into power).
I was also impressed with the print quality and the additional functionality of hp’s app.
It’s lightweight, takes up small footprint- so to speak- and was overall such a pleasant experience setting up and ultimately using the printer.
I definitely would recommend this product and am extremely grateful for the opportunity to own it.

I cannot remember the last time we had a printer in the house.
I am so excited to have my very own printer! I chose the HP DeskJet 2852e Printer because it is compact and fits into our home set up!
With the HP DeskJet Printer, I can print, copy, and scan documents! How convenient! I no longer have to get this done elsewhere!

Great home printer
This is a great printer for home use. Setup was easy, I had an issue connecting at first but customer service was super helpful and turns out it was user error anyways. I was able to connect it to my home wifi and am able to print from my phone and my laptop. I homeschool my kids and some of their curriculum involves printing worksheets. It prints quickly and the quality is good. I don’t print using color very often but the test sheets look good. I’m very pleased with it so far and hope to be able to use it for a long time.

Smartest Purchase Of My Life!
I was tired of my old printer. It was too clunky and takes a ton of power just to print a few papers. For someone who's like me, constantly shipping items, this printer is the best decision I made in a long time! Setting up the printer was very easy. The HP Smart app helps guide you through the setup with ease and confidence. What's better is how light the printer feels. Due to its light weight, you can move it around in a flash without the worry of rushing. The installation of the ink was quite the smooth experience as well! I tested out the printing and no smudges occurred. The Bluetooth aspect of it was very pleasing as I use that feature the most. Everything from the top to the bottom, it's the perfect printer for someone like me.

So far, it's great! I attend college full time but I am a fully online student, so it is imperative that I have a printer that functions, and that functions well. Set up is super easy, it gives you step by step directions, and I have this printer hooked up to my phone my laptop and my tablet and I have no problem printing from all three of those devices. The color pages that I print are fabulous! The black and white are great. So far it has not missed a beat! I have printed,scanned, and sent a mobile fax with it and have it ran into any issues or complications with any of those three methods. I would say the back of it would hold 50 to 60 pages of printing paper. I also love that it comes with the instant ink option, which also is very convenient and easy to use. This is a great printer for little small spaces or even big spaces. I would say that it prints about 6 or 7 pages a minute in black and white. Now call her on the other hand takes a little while longer, but that's to be expected. So as of right now it is meeting my expectations. I'm actually rather fond of it.

Everything that I need in a printer.
I have the HP DeskJet 2852e and I am quite pleased with it. I have replaced an older HP model. The issue that I was having with it was that it would not stay online. Every time I went to print something, it would be offline. To get it back online I needed to disconnect it, wait a minute and then reconnect.
I have been using this new printer for a few weeks now and it has remained online; it is always ready to go. I have used my phone and my laptop to send items that I needed to print. The print quality on the pages has been excellent in black and in color. The print speed is 5.5ppm in color and 7.5 in black. I am not sure if others consider that fast, but it is acceptable to me.
This printer was simple to install. I already had the app installed, but I had to uninstall it and them reinstall it. Once I did that, it was up and reay to print in a matter of minutes.
I was previously enrolled in the instant ink program, and I have really liked it. I used to buy the refilled off brand printer cartridges because they cost much less. Then one of them leaked terribly and ruined the entire printer I had at the time. So, now I stick with HP ink, and I might as well save money and get the convenience of having it delivered to me before I run out. Also, even though I already had an account, I still receive 3 months for free.
My overall opinion of this printer is very positive. I appreciate that it is made with at least 60% recycled plastic and is designed to save energy. I have not had any issues, so I do not have complaints. I give it 5 stars and I do recommend to others.

Super easy to use!
I’m in love with my new printer. It was so simple to set up using the instructions. The app for it is super easy to use. It took me maybe 15 minutes to be able to start printing. It prints fast and everything that it prints looks vibrant. I like that the paper sits in the back and feeds down. The copy and scan feature is great and has been very useful to me. I’m super impressed and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new printer.

Love this Printer!
I just wanna say that first of all the set up was so easy. All that you had to do was download the HP smart app and it helped me step-by-step to get the printer set up. I have been wanting to try a wireless printer for a long time now. I have a little Home business so it’s necessary to have a printer for that purpose . So far I am loving it And it has helped me tremendously in printing out invoices for my business. I love all the features, print scan and copy on this printer. I can’t wait to utilize them all!

I was pleasantly surprised with how simple this printer was to set up. It prints clearly and quietly so it doesn't distract anyone around me. The ink cartridges are lasting longer also. I've used it almost daily and the print is still bold and readable. Easiest setup ever
I was excited to get the Hp Deskjet 2855e. The setup for this printer is the easiest one I've ever done. It walks you through it step by step and takes maybe 5 minutes to complete. The picture quality is fantastic and the speed is super quick. An added bonus is you also get 3 months worth of ink delivered straight to your door. Lightweight & works great
The HP DeskJet 2855e is extremely lightweight but don't let that fool you. It works great. I love the option to be able to airprint so I don't have to be plugged in. Setup was a little bit of a hassle though. I downloaded the app and followed the instructions, but I couldn't get the printer set up via my laptop. After 20 minutes, I tried using my phone and that worked perfectly and was a breeze. The color is great and I love that it's HP Instant Ink compatible so you never have to worry about running out of ink. Besides the initial hiccup with setup, everything else has been going great and I would recommend this printer to others.

So I wanted a newer version printer (mine was early 2000's) and this seems perfect for me; After the unboxing it was very easy and simple to set up; I hooked it up to my cellphone (wi-fi) and it worked like a charm ;- ) (usually it takes me 2-3 days sometimes weeks too figure things our) after setting the printer up to my phone the rest is simple, made a few copies and all came out nice and clear ;-D only time will tell to see how long it will last.

Great for printing pictures
I've been wanting a newer printer for a long time so I could start printing pictures and I wanted something compact but produces high quality photos, the HP Deskjet 2855e definitely delivers! The HP app was very easy to download onto my phone and the setup process was very easy and straightforward. I'm able to go straight to all my photos on my phone and printout right from the app, I can select the size, quality and color. The photo quality is crisp and clear and I'm so excited to print out all the fun memories I've had with friends and family. Regular printing is also quick and the words are very crisp and clear and no smudging at all. The copy and scan feature are also great and very easy to do. This is honestly the best bang for your buck, you get to print, scan and copy all at an affordable price, I really love it and I'm glad I made the purchase!

Perfect For My Home Office!
In addition to my day job, I also run a small business on the side out of my home. This printer is perfect for all my shipping needs! I love how easy this was to set up...connecting to my wi-fi was so simple! This printer is not only perfect for my business needs but also clutch in printing out my kid's school work. In addition to printing, this can also be used to make copies and scan important documents.
This HP printer comes with (2) ink cartridges, installing them was a breeze. I am thoroughly impressed by both the quality of the prints and the speed/efficiency. Great Home Printer
If you need a quick and easy home printer, the HP 2852e is just that. It did not take 5 mins to connect to Wi-Fi. After setting the printing page, it was so easy. I love the fact you can print from your phone, so I don't have to save recipes on phone print right to my home computer. It prints quick and visible. If my family and friends ask I would recommend the HP Deskjet 2852e printer for any project they are doing.

Didn't think I would own another HP printer
Well my printer arrived today, and I just finished setting it all up. And, I am fairly mixed about the process. It wasn't hard, but it wasn't super fast either. The printer is extremely light, so light I imagine it will stop working within a year or two max, it feels, well, cheap. Definitely made in China, just like the manual. The software took a while to setup on my main PC, will add it on others devices later on. Though the loading was slow, the process was smooth, and the test papers came out nicely, even printed a coupon after as it was the only thing I had to print, and that came out as well.
Would I recommend this printer? Maybe, not quite yet. I once loved HP printers, back in the day I got my first printer, it was an HP, and it was fantastic! Durable, lasted a long time, the setup was painless and quick for the time(90s). But something happened to HP and quality took a nosedive, and hasn't recovered in my eyes since. But let's see how this one does!
Here is an update, since I got an email saying I needed to post an update, even though it has been waiting for approval to post since the day I got the printer. Attempted to add the hp app to my wife MS surface, it is fairly old, but the app store wouldn't allow the download. Heck, wouldn't download on here either at first either, thanks microsoft over reaching windows updates that won't allow me to download even what should be well known apps. I tried several work arounds, giving up after downloading the software to a usb drive to for a manual install, but that also did not work on her windows 7 device. Too old I guess, and not enough support for legacy windows.
HP DeskJet 2852e is still working though, haven't had much to print yet since my wife couldn't add the HP app to her surface, and has yet to add it to her phone like I recommended to her....but what I have printed has come out just fine!

HP did it again never disappoints you with their products. I have used it and it was easy to set it up and get it connected to the computer. I have it where i can use it anyway. On our cellphones. App was very easy to do and it took right off. Bluetooth found it faster than my PC did. Ink program is great also, it keeps track of it all. Will let you know and then they send you new. U can also recycle the old back to them and cost your nothing to send it back. I have found this is lot easier than trying to find it at the stores. My problem was by the time i needed it i was not able to find it. Was Very simple to add everything so anyone can use it. The ink last forever. I would recommend this ink program. Prints just like it should

I received the HP2852e yesterday and promptly did the setup. It was pretty straight forward and easy to do other than the printer did not want to connect to my wireless network. I printed out the Wi-Fi quick start guide to find a solution. All it took was turning the printer off and then on and it connected. I printed a few things, made some copies and they all came out perfect. Print cartridges were quick to install. You have the option of using cartridges or instant ink via subscription.
This printer makes copying and scanning simple. There is a lot packed into the HP 2852e for the price. Fits perfectly on my desk. I highly recommend this printer for a everyday printing at home.
