Frustrating Purchase
We bough a wireless All-In-One HP 4152 printer about two months ago. It has been a nightmare getting it configured - involving two calls with an HP Tech both of almost an hour in duration. The second call was because the power went out and we lost all the printers settings. ( that doesn't happen a lot here in Oklahoma - with tornadoes and the like! <<< sarcasm note) We have decided that we'll persevere for now, but probably won't buy HP again. OH! I almost forgot! All the detailed user manuals are online rather than having adequate paperwork included in the box.

I can't get it connected to wifi stilllllllll
I really wanted to love this printer. I can't be required to boot my laptop and usb connect everytime I need to print though. The lack of onboard menu screen has made this a nightmare and it doesn't seem like I can get actual help from support. I'm so disappointed.

One issue
I want to give this A 5 star but I’ll be lying if I say this was perfect it’s not only because it wouldn’t connect to my personal WiFi but i was ok with it because I had another alternative way to get it working for my liking so I went old school and brought A UBS cord... I’ve been printing EVERYTHING ever since

Good product
I bought this printer 6 weeks ago and I never regret for one minute. It's convenient to use. My kids have always complain of the old printer. Am happy I listened to the HP advice while I was deciding on what to buy.

Great Printer
Very easy to set up. Print quality is excellent. The only complaint I have is the paper holder is rather small. Not a big deal, but did keep me from giving 5 stars. I would highly recommend this printer for home use.

HP Still a Top Pick
I've had this unit for a month now, it works great. Waiting to see how the ink last and if it will print if one color runs out. Setting it up with Chromebook was a little tricky and there was no need to go through that many steps to get it setup. Quality and ease of using the software is fine. Great unit for the price.

Blue tooth ready!
I bought this for our place in Florida because there is always some things to print. We'll it is funny I have been able to copy, print photos and copy to pdf and send from computer email documents. Thank you HP and I love the features it has. A+

Not Happy with it
I bought this last month and I am not happy with the speed of copying and scanning, also when you leave the printer for few hours not used and try to reconnect or open again it doesn't respond , you have to disconnect the power then connect Gain to respond. Some print jobs especially from cellphones takes long time to print although it is from the HP application and in so.e cases it doesn't print a d get me falier messages. Other functions like print direct from PC is OK

USB worked better than Wifi
Difficult to set up this printer. Wifi connectivity sitting right next to the wifi router was not reliable. Hard wire USB connection was required.

I bought this printer a month ago. Nice simple unit. Hooked up with computer (wired) in just seconds, setup wireless with my laptop in just one minute. Good print quality. The Ink cartridges that came with it didn't last long, already installed new ones, we really don't print much. Little disappointed with that. The price was affordable for me. I will say HP is my go to for printers.

I have never had such a slow computer. I am sure it is do to the Intel processor, first one, and the last one I will own. AMD processors is all I owned, and thought I would try a Intel. I will never have another one !!

very disappointed....
Found this printer to be very difficult to install. Did not like that it does not have a tray to catch sheets of paper after printing and it does not have a screen used to setup.

I knew there was a reason why I haven’t had an HP
I knew there was a reason why I haven’t had an HP in a while ! It has difficulties left and right and slow and go through Ink. I thought it would give it a try but the first opportunity I will change printers. Just because it’s an expensive doesn’t mean it should be a hassle.

Not happy..
Bought this cuz I was so happy with the old one. No so with this one. Doesn't fax(why don't all your products fax). Not something I looked for; guess I should seriously consider reading all the fine print. Did not occur to me that it might not have fax abilities. Plus, I have to turn it off and then back on every time I want to use it.

I moved my printer and since I've reconnected I can't get it to print. The paper comes out but it is blank.
