Fantastic Device a really nice productivity improvement from 24" screens.
Fantastic screen at a price I could not duplicate anywhere but from HP. The 27's are obviously a bit wider and taller than 24s which are nicely sized. However the advantage on these is the UHD which really gives 40% more space still keeping a readable font size. The extra screen space is really a productivity enhancement for me. Very happy with Purchase. Just keep in mind you need 4K cables or the monitors will not function.

A great monitor for tablets, desktops and laptops with great connectivity
First the important part - this is a great monitor. I got this 27” monitor for my “iPad as a computer” setup. I use my iPad Air 5 with M1 processor as a total replacement for a desktop or laptop computer. With limited connectivity ports (1 each USB-C), the iPad Air 5 needs access to multiple ports to fully function for power, external SSD/flash drives, external web cam, speakers, etc. I get all of that in this monitor, and more.
I get 1 USB Type C (Alternate mode DisplayPort 1.2 with power delivery up to 65W); 1 Display port 1.2 out with HDCP support; 1 HDMI 1.4 with HDCP support; 1 DisplayPort In with HDCP support; and 4 USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 supporting SuperSpeed 5Gbps signaling rate.
With a normal monitor’s limited HDMI/DP ports, satisfying my needs means having an external USB hub with multiple cables everywhere. With this HP “connectivity” monitor I only need one short 18 inch USB-C cable to the monitor. That provides PD (power distribution) to my iPad (or other tablet). It also allows me to connect all my external devices to the USB ports on the back of this monitor - greatly increasing clean cable management and reducing the number of and length of cables utilized.
The other major advantage of this monitor is the 27 inch IPS 2560 x 1440 QHD resolution. This provides a sufficiently large screen that can easily support multiple windows open at the same time and still be amazingly discernible.
The extensive on-screen controls are intuitive, easy to use and easily accessed.
I can watch a movie or video on a nice 2K 27 inch screen while at the same time occasionally check email, messages, calendar, etc. Movies look gorgeous on this screen. Spreadsheets can be viewed and edited with a large screen magnificently. I can have a document app open next to a spreadsheet app and click and drag info between the two. You get the picture?
This is the perfect size and resolution “connectivity” monitor and it comes with the reliability and support of HP with a 3 year (3/3/0) limited warranty including parts and labor.
This is a well built, well thought out monitor that you can’t go wrong with, whether for a tablet, desktop or laptop.

Best Monitor I Ever Bought
Best Monitor I Ever Bought !! Sad part is I was going to Buy a 2nd Monitor , and it was removed from being on Sale at a Great Price of $120.00 plus 12.00 tax at a total of $132.00 . Now their Sold at $424.00 , and I can't afford that . Hopefully I'll see another Flash Sale and get that 2nd Monitor again sometime .? Thanks so Much HP !!!

The perfect 27-inch monitor
I purchased this 27-inch monitor in May and it has proven to be the perfect size for my home office. The monitor includes both an HDMI cord and USB-C connection, making it highly versatile and easy to connect to various devices. The display quality is excellent, and the screen size allows for comfortable multitasking with feeling cluttered. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase and loved it so much a brought a second monitor 2 weeks later.

Turn it on?
The quick start instructions are fine but, as a person not familiar with monitors as I have been using a laptop forever, I did not know where the on/off switches were located. That led me to trying to turn on the monitor with the toggle switch very visibly located on the back of the monitor and then determining that the monitor was faulty. After an exhaustive search of the internet, I finally found where the on/off switches were located. I AM over 60 but I AM not totally inept, stupid or IT dumb. Or so I think. Anyway, the parts of the monitor could be shown better and included with the monitor and listed with arrows pointing to all viable inputs and switches etc. So my 4-star rating may be too high since all I have rated is the assembly instructions. As far as a picture quality, I can see the screen and it looks fine.

Beautiful but needs improvement
It is a beautiful monitor, but the speaker is very weak. I have to use a bluetooth speaker for enough volume, but I am still very pleased with it.

I love this monitor. Perfect for my daily use. Height adjustablity is great, I use a standing desk. I love the screen adjustment buttons disk , the easiest one I ever used to adjust brightness.. night mode etc..

Great product and great customer service
Very satisfied with this monitor. The crispness of the display is amazing and the colors are perfect. Nice build quality - the ease of movement in height adjustment, the ability to swivel smoothly and the tiling of the screen are all very impressive.

Terrific Home Office Addition
Finally upgraded my home office set-up with this conferencing monitor and what a game changer. I love the my HP laptop docks with the monitor using just a single USB cord. The built in mic, speakers and camera are also great. I am still experimenting with all of camera and split screen options available. Set-up was a snap and took about 15 minutes including breaking down the cardboard box the monitor came in.

This is a 27 inch monitor on a silver base , the base is very sturdy and at the same time it’s really classy . The monitor is designed for zoom meetings and is easy on your eyes . It’s got vibrant colors and a sharp picture comes through . Easy to turn on and off .

The HP E27 G4 is an excellent high-end monitor. First off, the design is very nice with very thin bezel and nonglare screen. But most importantly for those of us that work on screens all day is the performance.
The clarity is superb with zero flicker or ghosting. The colors and saturation are also excellent with a good balance and vibrancy. Right out of the well packaged box I had to make zero adjustments which is always nice.
This monitor has the HP Eye Ease feature which actually works quite well. It is a blue light filter that helps reduce eye strain. Very subtle but seems to work.
Finally, the monitor arrives with three connection cables, displayport, HDMI, and USB-b to USB-c, so need to hunt down the right cable. I am quite thrilled with the monitor and highly reccomend for those looking for a high quality 27" display.

Nice large monitor
This monitor is generously sized and easy on the eyes with features built in to reduce eye fatigue. Easy to set up and connect to your device. At that size, it makes sense to have this resolution as opposed to the 4K. Color accuracy is decent. Not a single dead pixel. Solid adjustable stand which allows you to adjust both height and tilt.

The Hp E27 G4 monitor arrived in the box in three sections--the screen, arm and the base. It was straightforward to assemble and took minimal time. The base is stable and certainly supports the weight of the screen. The monitor displays vivid and brilliant images. It is pleasant to use as well as being gentle on my eyes.

When docking my HP 850 G8 to the E27m G4 using USB-C cable the resolution on the 1st monitor (e27m) is 2560x1440 but the max resolution on the 2nd monitor (HP 24" 1080p) only goes to 1200x800. Tried firmware update and replacing cables without any change.
I have the same monitors and had to go into the OSD to change the USB hub speed to USB 2.0. Then I can have the second monitor at QHD resolution too. It's too much data for USB 3 and 2x QHD.

Hi, we bought 12 of these monitors and only having trouble with these. We cant get it work with max resolution on 2 screens. E27m + E27q We also have HP E27d G4 here --> they do the job without problems. I would not recommend this product to anyone!
Just replied to someone else because I have the same set up. You have to drop the USB Hub speed to USB 2.0. It's kind of buried in the OSD. I think on other monitors it automatically downgrades the usb speed for resolution, but not these.
