Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from It just works. Buy it. The virtual display option on this monitor is a game changer. Using it, the monitor behaves like two monitors next to each other. I can maximize windows, share my screens during video conferences, etc. without using the full physical size of the monitor. I love that. Switching between my PC connected over DisplayPort and my laptop connected via USB-C isn't the smoothest, but it works. I'd recommend this monitor to anyone with the desk space to support it.

Occasionally one of my screens will go black for an unknown amount of time and then turn back on using a thunderbolt 4. Is this a common problem? can it be fixed? Happened while I was typing this.

Yes, this HP E45c G5 DQHD Curved Monitor can connect 2 different computers and simultaneously view and work between them with HP Device Bridge 2.0. HP Device Bridge 2.0 works with two computers and is compatible with Windows 10 and higher and MacOS 10.14 and higher platforms. The HP E45c G5 DQHD Curved Monitor also has KVM-switch compatibility as well. For KVM-switch compatibility, if connected PCs do not have USB-C® port, the user will need a USB-C® to A cable. The cable is sold separately.

Hello Dave, this 120W HP Dock should be perfect with that HP ZBook Firefly G8. The basic ZBook Firefly is showing a 65W AC adapter is used, as long as the Firefly doesn't use more than a 100W AC adapter to charge then this 120W HP Dock will be fine. To be certain, however, resubmit the question with the product number. The product number is located on the bottom of the PC.
