Yes I have changed ink. Very unhappy and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I know a bot will read this and nothing will happen.

Been too busy to spend time investigating how to fix. Also, I purchased the new 7955E unit because HP told me that my Model 7100 was too old. I later determined that a bad cartridge was the problem. With new black cartridge OLD 7100 still works fine.

This is a comparable replacement in that it uses the same HP64 cartridges and has similar functions. My only issue is that there is no USB port for saving scans.
