Great products, but the subscription service did not work for me.
My printer was too old and could not be registered for the subscription service. So I could not use the ink cartridges they sent for the ink subscription. My printer still works great and I don’t need or want to replace it. Upgrading the subscription to include a new printer was the only option they gave me to get the subscription started.

Worked great.... UNTIL
I would give this printer a five star but I cannot. It worked fabulously until I changed wireless network. Now, I have been unable to change it and therefore can only use it as a stand alone printer and I rarely have need of that and it's not what I purchased it for

So far the ink is supurb. The over experience was ok. But you have to go through a little work to get set up to do it. But, as a first timer, I'm interested to see how easy the refill process will be?
