I paid the $10.00 but never received it. Said it was delivered but I never received it. Not sure where it went to in the apartment complex. Should have been sent to Apartment 612. Never received a refund either. Was looking forward to working with HP.

I have been anxiously waiting for the black one since mine was out. I was excited to receive it yesterday since I work from home on Tuesdays, I put it in the machine this morning and it is not registering in my printer as having any ink!
I haven't been able to print all day. I have seen some bad reviews in relation to this kind of thing so am thinking of canceling; I can't take the risk of being out of ink and not being able to print.

Was unaware that had to join a subscription to order ink Had been purchasing at store but thought could do better online but it was misleading online so not using starter kit which I did not need just a refill only My mistake to order as I like HP ink but will continue to purchase at store

Great for your busy work life
I love that I do not have to worry about going to the store for ink or paper, everything is sent directly to me before I run out. I work in real estate and print out a lot of info for my home buyers and local agents. This direct delivery is perfect for a busy life style.

I regret that HP forces you to buy their ink, witch is pretty expensive, if you don't then the printer will not work well some times at all.
I got into this program now and let's see for how long, I would hate to get rid of my HP Office Jet Pro 8035, it's a good printer but no when HP don't let it work if you don't buy their ink.
I got into the program, had a few problems, so we call for service and the person that took care of us was very friendly and took very good care of us and helped us a lot.

Never able to complete set up
Despite getting a new router as suggested by the help desk, i was never able to use the printer after putting in the first insta ink catridges. I requested hp assistance (2 separate tickets) and a technician actually took over the computer to try and solve the issue but the process of set up always ended in an error message. I work from home and was unable to print for several days which was problematic. I finally cancelled the ink program and bought ink directly from hp. I was not able to ever use the cartridges originally sent to start the insta ink process, so I am also out that money. I would not recommend insta ink to anyone, it is like having your printer held hostage.

If it was on a different printer, then that is not an issue. This is to get the printer that you would like to sign up for Instant Ink activated the first time.

What happens if I print more than my subscription allows?
Hello. Thanks for your question. You will be able to pay $1 for a set of 10 to 15 pages depending on the monthly plan you chose.
