Slightly disappointed
I signed up for instant ink and so far have had to go without ink for days at a time. I was under the impression you’re never supposed to run out. They even sent black one time when I didn’t need it instead of color.

Confusing and frustrating
I am almost ready to cancel the whole program. I signed up for a free 3 month trial period with the purchase of a new printer. On my printer receipt was a charge of $5 for the ink (I thought I had a free trial period?). Then I get an email giving me a $5 gift card for ink, with the incentive to use it to purchase ink right now (why do I need ink now if I have a 3 month free trial period?). Then, with this survey email, I also got an email saying they have shipped some ink to me. Why more ink!? I didn't order it, I have 3 months of free ink that hasn't even started yet. I called HP yesterday to resolve the $5 charge on my invoice and I was literally transferred to 7 (yes, 7) different people and I finally ended the call because they wanted to transfer me again. Issue not solved.

Multiple page scanner:
So far I like the Printer. The multiple page scanner does not work. According to the local tech person said my desktop does not have the appropriate drives to have the printer operate the multipage scan feeder. It will continue to scan 1 sheet at a time.

Thank you for your question regarding Instant Ink. There are a few different ways to update the card. You can do it through the HP Smart app by clicking your account and looking on the overview there. You can also do it on the Instant Ink website by signing in https://instantink.hpconnected.com/us/en/l/v2 and looking at your account. The number to the Instant Ink support team is also on there and you can contact them to help change it.
