Purchasing Instant Ink Gift Cards
The Instant Ink Gift Card is the only way I can pay for Instant Ink. If it were not available, I would have to quit Instant Ink. It would be an improvement if you had a short cut which would take me directly to a link that would be able to purchase the gift card without the usual half hour+ of phone calls talking to 2 or 3 different people just to purchase the Instant Ink gift card.

I purchased an HP printer on 9-16-2024. The warranty shows that it was purchased 11-2023. I have provided purchase documentation but multiple efforts and cases have failed to correct the warranty date.

It says to keep your printer online? Do you have to keep the printer turned on all the time when using the e ink program to keep on line, or does it read your needs when you use it?
Hello, Nina. Thanks for your question. With HP Instant Ink, you do need to keep your printer connected to the WiFi. That way HP can tell when you need ink and send it to you. If your printer loses a WiFi connection or you have turned off the printer, HP will send you an email reminding you to reconnect the printer to the WiFi. You would cancel the current plan and start up a new one with the next printer. If you get any of the current HP+ models, opting in for HP+ during the setup using the HP Smart app, you will get free months of Instant Ink as a part of it.

You can do it through the HP Smart app by clicking your account and looking on the overview there.
