I did not get the touch screen and have been unable to verify if it was in the order. Who orders a laptop without a touch screen??? Every attempt to reach a person or find an invoice has led to a circle leading nowhere. Is it possible to turn on? I can't find out. I didn't know customer service could get worse

WHY DO THAT??? ABSOLUTELY THE WORST personal laptop system i've ever bought, which is really sad because I've had so much faith in HP IN YEARS PAST! So I'm wondering Why did this happen? I've known HP to be a marquee name brand that businesses and people talk about as easily the best, but I'm disapointed and i probably won't buy your brand again. I would suggest leaving out all the sales crap off your systems. I wasted an hour getting rid of it all. I was so frustrated that I seriously considered a complete erase ands format and make clean install. I haven't done so yet, but I still might.

    This one isn’t customizable. I checked on the similar model that is customizable ending in 00 & it’s $899! No $200 discount! For me the backlit keyboard isn’t worth $200!!!!!

    Is HP Laptop 17t-cn300, 17.3" good for light gaming on Roblox? I'm thinking of buying my son a laptop for Christmas and this laptop sounds like a nice and large budget laptop.

    For any software, you will want to check the publisher's website for the system requirements to make sure it meets the requirements for the setting you would like to use with that software. Updates can change those requirements which can prevent you from using your preferred settings or stop it from working with your device. With online software, your internet connection will also impact how well it will run. Roblox will currently run on this device.

    Thank you for your question! This HP Laptop 17-cn0097nr has a 256 GB PCIe® SSD and a 1 TB 5400 rpm SATA HDD. The 1TB can be upgraded and the RAM can be upgraded up to 32GB of RAM. For assistance with upgrading please contact HP Support or visit an HP Authorized Service Center.
