I love my new HP OfficeJet Pro 8135e printer. It has everything I need in a home office printer. It is quick, reliable, high-quality, and has many features that make printing easy. I can use bluetooth to print from my phone and it automatically sends me new ink when I need it. You can't go wrong with this printer!

Too many limitations!
I have owned HP printers since the early 1990s. This is likely my last HP printer. It will not install without WiFi or direct internet connection; it cannot be installed via the PC. While the sales info states it will operate via USB to the PC, the installation process warns this will only work temporarily. The internet connection through my router is far slower than the direct USB connection. I don't like that HP keeps track of what and when I print. That said, it prints OK.

Almost there, install glitches.
I "think" it's a good machine, but had problems installing, it keeps asking permissions for natural printing actions, and giving me messages without resolutions. But to be honest, in the middle of installing, I also had my wifi router upgraded, so had to start all over. I abandoned QuickStart Guide because it just stopped, no message other than 20min of "starting". I already had HPSmart installed, so went there, and found it odd that those instructions differed, esp the order of steps .. but muddled thru.
Now, if I could get beyond "your paper tray guides don't match your print request" .. I've pushed and pulled everything!
Now for embarrassing confession - I'm a retired IT Mgr, my experience ran the gamut of programmer to running a Data Ctr, and included 3 yrs in computer print, both mainframe and desktop. Some professor time, too. And no, I do not kick machines.

Frustrating at times
Not totally happy with this printer and its connection to my laptop/wifi. Plus there have been times a print job is sent to printer, and then dumps/cancels for no apparent reason. No error codes just it’s an error!!!! Then sometimes it prints s l o w l y.

I am very disappointed in this purchase. It took 3 days and multiple service agents to get the printer going. Then, after several more service agents tried to get the fax going, I was told that a lot of people have trouble with the fax feature and that I should use mobile fax. The agent helped me to send some vital medical records via mobile fax and patiently provided instructions, but I am 82 years old and not technologically savvy, so I am unable to send faxes by myself. The fax feature was one of the reasons for my purchase.

This is a piece of junk. I have spent over a month and innumerable hours on the phone with support trying to get this thing working and it still does not. They are supposed to replace it but who knows how long that will take and then whether the replacement will be the same.Very dissatisfied with the whole experience!

Excellent Product
This printer is very nice I don't have any pictures of any printouts but I still can say that it worked very well. It prints fast the touchpad works great it's easy to load the ink and the paper and it copies great and as expected. I tested this out with my mom. Everything was easy to set up and it has a free ink plan for 3 months which helps. I recommend this printer to anybody especially if they need a fax machine! Thanks.

Best home printer
This printer has been great. It seamlessly connects to our family network of devices. The HP 8135e printer looks sleek and also modern. A great feature is when printing, the printer screen will display the file name. I found this helpful for when I’m printing large amounts. The selection of features has exceeded my expectations. Scanning, copying, printing has never been easier. My family is very glad we upgraded to this new printer, and I highly recommend it to all!

All in One-Great Printer
Okay, so this printer is amazing. The set up was super easy and took no time. I love the fact that it’s a wireless printer and I can complete printing and other tasks from my phone in the app without having to touch the printer. The best part of the printer for me is the fax feature. I’m so happy that I can now fax from my printer and not have to pay to do it elsewhere. I also love that I get replacement ink for a whole year, because depending on the printer you have, ink is not cheap. Overall, this is a great printer with amazing features, I can’t wait to use it more.

Great printer!
Printer was heavy and a bit awkward to get in the house , so you might need help with it.
After getting it out of the box, it was easy to setup. Installing the ink was easy, connecting to Starlink was easy, but you could use any carrier. Set up the hp ink plan was fairly easy to do.
It's nice knowing that you will never run out of ink. Prints come out nice, collates pages when printing in multiple pages, scan a document and print, and fax. You have to have a land line to fax.
Printer seems well made and looks great in my home office. It will be a welcomed tool that will be used in many ways .

Great Printer
This HP printer was so easy to set up only took about 20 minuets and the prints look pretty good. I really like that I can scan multiple pages at one time, this was an very important feature I was looking for it makes life a lot simpler. I am still getting use to what else it can all do but love it already. This is a great all-around printer.

Love Hp All in One Printer! Gone are the days of having to hook up your printer to a landline - this one has a wireless connection which is much improved. It was easy to hook up and is fast and efficient. The print speed is fast and efficient and the HP software is helpful to connect to its many features, even from my smart phone! You need not worry about the cost of ink anymore, they have a cost-efficient program for that as well. All-in-all highly recommend HP products.

Printer works well, but ...
The printer is very nice, but the setup was an absolute nightmare! Not every body understands 'geek speak' and having to deal with that, plus all the online setups, ink ordereing, etc. was not pleasant. Once I finally got it set up, it's been a good printer.

Nice features and quality
I am quite happy with the printer! I also needed a new scanner so this fit my needs perfectly by doing both. You can even scan using the HP Smart App and the scans are super clean! It prints fast and the instant ink makes it so I never had to worry about being out of ink. The wifi connectivity is solid and setup was easy using the HP Smart App

All In One - Perfect Printer
The HP OfficeJet Pro 8139e has been perfect for working at home. I print a lot of documents in bulk. This printer has the capability to print documents and pictures quickly without losing quality. Set up was quick and easy. It has Wi-Fi connectivity that allows for mobile printing. The price is a little higher than your basic printer, but it comes with a year worth of ink replacements.

Amazing Printer
I was anxiously waiting for this printer to arrive. When it did i was so excited to set. It was easy to set up. It took less than 20 minutes and let me tell you i followed step by step directions to include animations. It was super easy. I loved that it included a years worth of free printing up to 700 pages. Of course i printed plenty on the first few days. The printing was great. It was super wet which i hate. I could also print front and back. Best thing is that it predicted i needed black ink and it sent ink which was perfect because i ran low. I did sign up for the monthly ink because you have to even though you get a years worth of ink. Overall i think the set uo was quick, printing sibscription is good depending on how much you print. Sorry but i hate going to the store and looking for ink

Good but not great
The HP OfficeJet Pro 8139e is a great all-in-one printer for the home office. It's easy to set up, prints crisp text and vibrant colors, and offers mobile printing convenience. However, there's one key feature that keeps it from being a perfect fit for me: the automatic document feeder
While it is a time saver for documents with multiple pages, it can only scan on one side at a time, so you will have to manually flip the pages over for 2-sided documents.
On the other hand, the speed that it prints and how quiet it is, is really great. The extra features of printing from a mobile device or usb drive is cool too. It came with a trial for HP+ Instant Ink so it keeps your ink filled.
I give this printer 4 out of 5 stars, because the manual document flip is kind of a chore w hen you scan a lot

All-In-One Fantastic Printer
This printer has exceeded all expectations. Setup was easy and it was well packaged so it arrived without any damage. Connecting it to my computer was easy, especially with the directions provided through the setup application. The one free year trial of HP Instant Ink was a delightful surprise.
My first prints were also astoundingly fast and in great quality. Double-sided printing is also a well-designed feature in this printer that doesn't require a large module on the back of the printer. Scan quality was also impressive and fast.
All-in-all I'm very delighted to have this printer as it was something I desperately need in my work as a college student.

I've had the opportunity to use the HP OfficeJet Pro 8135e in my home office, and it has met all my needs and exceeded my expectations. Performance wise, this OfficeJet does not miss. It is fast and efficient, and can scan, copy, fax, and of course print (including color and 2-sided). All such features are easy to do given the Wi-Fi capabilities and mobile app. It can print with speeds normally seen in an office printer but it comes in the small size of a typical home printer. I would recommend this printer for those that want something that can do everything, especially for someone's home office.

Love this printer!
This HP printer looks nice! It’s quick to print and the HP printing app makes it so easy. The app has tools that really come in handy. A great feature this printer has is that it reconnects to WiFi automatically and you don’t have to manually do it every time. The colors are vibrant and come out perfect. The look this printer has is soo nice! I gasped when opening my package. I do wish the electrical cord was longer but nothing an extension cord can’t fix. Definitely recommend!

Very poor performance and very expensive ink. Not worth the money. They are trying to make money on the enrollment program for the ink. I wish I would have known this before buying this lemon of a printer.
