Rated 4 out of 5 by goobulus from Awesome printer, Awesome price! I recently had the opportunity to use the HP OfficeJet Pro 9120e Series printer, and it has left a positive impression on me. The standout feature of this printer for me is its impressive speed. Printing documents and photos is a breeze with this machine, making it a great choice for those who value efficiency. Another aspect that I particularly appreciate is the vibrant colors that the HP OfficeJet Pro 9120e produces. The prints come out with rich and vivid colors, which is perfect for documents and photos alike. Furthermore, the cost of the printer is quite reasonable considering the features it offers. It provides good value for money, especially for those who print frequently and require high-quality results. However, one downside I noticed is the noise level of the printer. It can be a bit loud during operation, which might be a consideration for those who prefer quieter devices. Overall, I would recommend the HP OfficeJet Pro 9120e Series to my family and friends. It's a fast, efficient printer that delivers excellent color quality at a reasonable price point. I rate this printer 4 out of 5 stars.

Rated 4 out of 5 by EDGE001 from Set-up Could Definitely be Improved Set-up with printer not "plug and play" as described. I had multiple problems. First, it gave me multiple notices that 3 of the ink cartridges were missing or damaged. So, I powered everything off, went out to buy replacements, and when I turned it back on, everything was fine! Then the set-up had problems finding the printer and communicating with it although it sits right next to the modem. So, that took additional time to work through. The printer also shakes more than expected during operation and many of the printer's plastic parts are very flimsy. So, although I never had to contact Customer Service for help, I had many challenges to overcome during the set-up. With those behind me, I hope this will be the high-quality printer that I thought I was buying.

Rated 3 out of 5 by BJor from Newer doesn't mean better. The printer is not user friendly. The three inch dark rectangle that lists the 'menu' is very difficult to read as it is so dark and awkward to access as it is on a printer stand next to the computer. The print is very light. I really liked the HP Photosmart printer that I had to replace. This one doesn't compare in quality, ease of use , etc. I couldn't find any other HP printer to buy and I do like the HP ink program which automatically reads the ink level of the cartridges and sends the needed ink when it is time.

Tried suggested resolutions to no avail. Called support. Tech said he would have to escalate problem, and someone would call me. Received call two days later. Tech asked some questions and then he had to do some updating and would call me back. A couple of days later, after not hearing anything, I left on some traveling for a few weeks, not hearing anything back. I’m about to call today… let’s see how that goes

Rated 4 out of 5 by Mauls from HP 9125e printer review The printer is working fine. I wasn't able to configure it with the Mac HP Smart app but I was successful using the iPhone HP Smart app. The instant ink setup went smoothly. I really like instant ink because no matter how many or how few pages we print, the ink works flawlessly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jduck from Best printer ever ! The HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e is the best printer I’ve ever used. I’m not super tech savvy but I don’t have to be to use this printer. I used to just get someone else to print things for me but now I don’t have to. It is very easy to use and I can print things right off my phone. It makes good clear copies. I have not used the fax yet but f it is as easy as printing it won’t be an issue. The touch screen is very easy to use as well. It prints color or black and double sided and it prints quickly. I absolutely recommend this printer to anyone for personal or home office use. You will not be disappointed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Jaszi T from It's ok Purchased this model after chatting with 2 different sales agents via the website. I had a 9015e which was falling apart after a little over 3 years, so was looking to replace it. the 9015e went thru heavy use due to work from home scenario, but having retired, the volume of printing, scanning and copying decreased, so wanted to have something that could last. It seems that it's required to have the Instant Ink program purchased, otherwise, even if I would buy HP ink, the printer doesn't recognize cartridges unless it's part of Instant Ink program. I learned that the hard way. I set up the 9125e printer and after 1 hour, it gave me a Printhead Problem message. I contacted a tech via chat and we tried to resolve the issue via the chat, but he couldn't fix it, despite me reinstalling the printhead several times. He said would need to order a replacement. You would think that they would let me return the whole printer since it should have been brand new right out of the box. That was another problem. When I went to register the new printer, it said the initial warranty was due to expire in less than 1 year. I bought it on May 25, 2024 and it said it was expiring on February 20, 2024. I had to wait 3 business days minimum for the printhead to arrive, so in the meantime, I tried to print on my old 9015e but had to subscribe to Instant Ink for it as I erroneously registered the 9125e as a replacement for the 9015e. Once I got the replacement printhead, I had to set up the printer from scratch and make sure that the initial 1 year warranty was not expiring until 1 year from when the printhead was installed. I had to once again chat with a tech to get the warranty set up properly. I have been using the printer now for about 3 weeks, so I will say that it's ok. It's noisy compared to past HP printers I've had and I've had several. I learned that if you switch to photo paper from regular plain paper, you have to go into advanced settings to reset the printing, otherwise, it will think you are still using photo paper and make lots of noise and take a really long time to print an email or a page of something that is not a photo.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Long-time HP Printer User from Where's the INSTRUCTIONS!!!! Product seems to perform...so far...although the structure seems much more flimsy. Instructions are INADEQUATE!! Referrals to the "HP Community" should NOT be needed! Support your product!! HP seems more interested in the "Big Brother" features than helping us transition to the functions we already had on our old printer. How about a "This is how you do this" comparison by letting us call up something that translates old printer model _____ to new printer model _____!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Michiganvia from This is a beast of a home printer! HP Printer 3.0 is a home printer, with a commercial personality. In all honesty, this is better than my state of the art printer at my job. HP did not hold back when making this. Faster print times, wireless and network capabilities. All the bells and whistles. Looking at two presentations, one printed with this and the other printed at work, it clearly shows this HP is a cut above. A incredible value for a home printer, with everything you need to run a business. You can clearly see the advances in technology from the two printers. I received this in exchange for my honest review, and HP just earned a new customer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Plan "B" from What is wrong with this printer? Printer is made of very thin plastic throughout and you can hear the internal parts rubbing against each other when the printer is operating, predicting premature failure of one of the parts. Fearful that one of the thin plastic external parts will break while lifting the cover or adjusting the output tray. Ink is so expensive that it almost pays to buy another machine with the free starter ink than refill with the XL ink, $400.00. Don't be fooled by the claim to send you free Photo Paper with your order, it never arrived.

I really love the way that it prints clean no smudges at all. It’s amazing and I love this for our business.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Excellent Printer! Installing the printer was incredibly straightforward. To connect it to the Wi-Fi network, simply follow the prompts displayed on the printer's screen. Since I had already downloaded the HP Smart app, the setup process was even smoother. The app quickly located the printer, making the connection seamless. Once connected, printing via Wi-Fi became effortless. The print speeds are impressively fast, and the print quality is exceptionally clear. My overall experience with this printer has been outstanding. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a hassle-free, high-quality printing solution.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Mom2CE from Easy setup and fast printing but too many issues As someone who owned HP printers in the past and then switched to another brand, I was excited to try the HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e. The printer was packaged very well and the clever packaging allowed me to easily take it out of the box. Setup was also very easy and I had no issues with printing a test page. When it works, the printer is great - fast, quiet, and good quality output. However, I’ve had multiple issues where I’ve had to restart the printer including unplugging multiple times when it hasn’t been used for a few days. Pros: Easy setup, touch screen, fast printing, good quality output, quiet compared to other printers Cons: Starts and stops randomly, have had to reset too many times

Rated 5 out of 5 by audreychristo from Nice Little Printer This was a replacement printer for us, so I was hoping it would be more efficient and better overall quality. It exceeded my expectations and I can say everything was definitely better and I am very happy with this printer. The only negative or drawback, is the tiny display. It's very hard to see and I find myself putting on my readers more often. The printer seems to be made well, is a smaller and quieter model than my last one, so definitely a space saver!

Rated 4 out of 5 by doema from Nice Printer! I wish I had had more time to try out the printer. While I love the printer, I have had a few issues with printing consistency and have had to deal with the app/website a few times. That has been frustrating and I didn't want my frustration to affect my printer review. If this review were for the Instant Ink program, I would be giving 0 stars. Anyway, as far as the printer goes, it has been great! My favorite feature is the drawer which holds up to 250 sheets of paper. It is such a convenient feature when you're immersed in printing class sets of multiple assignments. I don't think Ill ever go back to a smaller-capacity printer after being spoiled with that feature. I have been pleased with the print quality and in the short time I have been using it, the quality has been consistent. The front panel has features that I am familiar with in a work printer (like storing documents) and has been easy to figure out and use. Copying has been similar to a work copier as well.I like that such features have been thoughtfully integrated into a more compact home printer. It is bulkier than most home printers but it really isn't that much bigger than other printers that aren't as conveniently configured. All in all, I would recommend this printer to anyone who does a lot of printing from home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MKN9084 from High quality prints in a fraction of the time The HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e is a great printer for high quality prints. It is able to print full color prints in a fraction of the time of other printers I have tried. It also doesn’t smear or smudge the ink, which brings me to Instant Ink. This printer is compatible to HP Instant Ink which is a great ink delivery service, especially for high usage. If you are looking for a printer that can produce high quality prints in a short amount of time then this printer is for you. I recommend giving it a try, because the prints will speak for themselves.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Shawpc from Great printer, tons to offer This is a great printer. I have used it to print pictures and they look like I went and had them done professionally. The printer is fast and that works great when I am printing out large volume print jobs. A couple complaints I have is the screen is on the small size. It makes it hard to use. The second is the printer was very difficult to setup. I have setup a lot of printers in my life, and I have never had the issues that I had with this one. I spent hours on the phone with tech support to get this to work. They make it seem so easy to setup but apparently it isn't. The duplex document feeder works great, no problems. Overall, once the printer is now setup, it works great. I compared other printers to this one and this one caught my eye. I have had HP printers for a long time. The technical support is great, I have to give them that. It's to bad I had to use them to setup a printer.

What would the cost be for two large office jet printers, specifically the 9125e and four medium sized office jet printers, specifically the 8135e. Also if my company is looking for a potential contract for these printers what would the quota for that be?
