2 Quick!
Only had the printer for 2 weeks. Not enough time to say much "good or bad". Set-up was a bad time!!!

Waiting on replacement power cord
A faulty power cord has prevented me from using my new printer for any extended period of time. The cord does not fit properly in it's retaining slot in the back of printer and keeps popping out of slot and unpowers printer resulting with a message "inproper shut down". HP has been notified and is sending me a replacement cord but by regular mail that isn't scheduled to arrive until January 6th.
Good thing I kept my old printer (HP 7855) operational, because I would have been without a printer for at least 2 weeks. This is the reason I gave HP such a poor rating.

Quality - Refurbished
Quality Printer, even if refurbished. it is working as expected. setup was a breeze. I replaced an older HP printer that mysteriously quit working, despite following multiple solutions to fix it on multiple days. Refurbished saved significant money.

Not like they use to be
This is our second HP printer for the office. Our original printer was a beast, and we replaced the printer head once. We had it for about 7 years. This one was the closest match. I do notice the trays and the top feel chincy compared to the previous one. So, if you are a bull in a china shop, I do not recommend it. But it is lighter than the previous one. Not that we move it around once it is in place. The app on your phone for it is a nice feature.

I hate this machine
I've only had it a couple of weeks and it has left ink stains on papers and it doesn't turn off - so sometimes I have to stand there and try it 3 times - it'll keep turning back on. It gives me a message every time I open the paper tray asking if I changed the paper size. Sometimes my wifi won't connect even though it is sitting right above the router. If I unplug it and restart it connects. I miss my 8610 so much.

Great Printer!
This printer is great!! We have 2 computers connected to it. Better than my old one. It connects fairly easily to the internet for a wifi connection and even more so when my internet service went off. Nice printer, no problems!

MY NEW HP PRINTER
My HP printer arrived intact and promptly. It was so easy to unpack and slip out. Set up was so simple. The process was a pleasant surprise. Works like a charm.

Disappointed
All of sudden critical errors started occurring. Ended up having to disconnect ethernet cable and moving printer to it’s own outlet. Never had to do that before. Not happy. It disorganized my office.

Still on the fence
Very hard to set up, but I got it by myself after 7+ hours. I've done a few before from HP and they were easy so I don't think it was me. Might be a software thing. Sometimes it won't print sheets correctly online. Part of sheets, not both sides, not all of the sheets. Was trying to print 4 sheets back to back. So I asked for 1 & 2 and it printed correctly. Then 3 & 4 and it printed correctly. I went back to it hours later and it printed the 4 sheets on both sides correctly. Wierd. Other that that I'm happy. I'm going to keep testing it.

Noisy printer
I am on my second one. The first one made such a racket during "Startup initialization", I thought it was going to break apart (Probably would have). The replacement, while a little quieter, still makes what HP considers an acceptable amount of noise. The actual printing and scanning work great. Just be ready for the noise it makes when it parks or positions the print head.

Long time user of hp product. But everything about this purchase was very bad. I would not even give
I never get to use this printer. There was a problem with the system according to HP agent/specialist. There was also a lack of consistency regarding the contact phone numbers given for the correct department that was authorized to handle the issue, Very very poor.

Confused in MD by HP from
Maybe it's time for an Epson!
Got this to replace our old, comparable model. This, however, was not comparable despite the sales pitch and virtually the same numbering scheme. This one felt like cheap plastic. It was lighter weight, maybe a good thing except it made it feel like a cheap product. The placement of the control panel was such that when place on a table, you had to get down on your knees to read the panel. The panel very much needed the ability to tilt upwards. We had lots of problems getting it set up properly, despite the technical support HP provided. The last straw as when we discovered the printer would not print envelopes. We worked several hours with tech support and still couldn't get it to work. By this time, we had no confidence that this "newer" model was any good so we asked to replace it with an upgraded model rather than the same model. Then we got stuck with another problem. We were expected to pack it up and pay return shipment. Of course, by this time, we had thrown away the original box it came in. Who keeps left over boxes especially after getting the product to basically operate? It seems that if the product is not only under warranty but also with a very, very short time period of having even receipt it, HP should shoulder the burden and cost of getting it packed and returned to them. After all, it was a defective product. Even they admitted so when their tech support was unable to get it to print envelopes.

Very poor results due to mandatory security software and very complicated to setup and use !!!
Too much security, very complicated to set up and use, security should be an option not mandatory, I do not recommend this printer or any other HP printer at this time !!

OfficeJet Pro 9125e works like a champ!
Our HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e has performed superbly for the month and have we've had it. Initially had a problem with the wireless connection, but turns out it was due to the Microsoft glitch that occurred in July. The printer is a little noisy when powering on, but once completed, prints quietly and quality is excellent. Scanner and copy functions work great. Have not tried the fax functionality, but am sure it's good as well. Very happy with this HP printer and would buy again.

Worked for a while - no longer
Quit working after a couple months. Went thru multiple efforts to diagnose / fix , but it will simply not work. Have removed & reinstalled it several times. Multiple power down / restart cycles. Have gone into the menu and reset to all “factory settings” and re-connected to the wi-fi network. Re-installed on the computer & it continues to appear as there, but it does not work. All of this multiple times.
Troubleshooting shows as no driver available. I gave up and just use the old printer (9010) on the network in another room.

HP Officejet Pro 9125e All-In-One Printer
This would be a beautiful printer were the manufacturer to focus on the essentials and not the "bells and whistles." HP keeps shipping defective firmware that requires solid problem determination skills to discover effective workarounds. They also mandate the printer's being connected to the Internet with its own wi-fi network in order to deliver some printer function (and track your ink usage).
My concerted advice to my friends at HP is: "Don't be Boeing."

I have not worked out the bugs yet.
I was initially impressed with how easy it was to get this thing installed. However, I am having difficulty with it. There are two problems. First, it periodically drops my Wi-Fi and I have to turn it on and off to get the thing connected. I have tried unplugging it. The bottom line is I have to turn it off and on, which is a nuisance. This was not a problem with Printer that was connected to my Wi-Fi before. I almost never use the fax features. However, the other day, a friend asked me to receive a fax for him and it connected but would not handshake. I can send faxes, but I cannot receive them. I have checked all my connections and can't figure it out. Since I rarely use the feature. I can't spend time on it now.

Great Capabilities at a Reasonable Price!
Glad to find a replacement for my failed 8600 series OfficePro! All the perks and functions you need to act like a professional office model with a smaller footprint. I did note a few cons, though, in comparison with to my 8600. More plastic parts allowing 'slop' in critical positioning areas. A less than precise paper tray positioning/ operation compared with my 8600! A severely restricted opening to the print head/ ink cartridge access. Not sure if this model will last as long as my 8600...10+ years! The display area is smaller and less visible on this model than my 8600. Also, it does not adjust up or down; you must look at it directly from the front! The display menu is not as intuitive or as clear as the 8600. You'll need glasses/ readers before you toss this model in favor of another. Just my opinion...

End to end problems getting printer working.
I've bought about 7 or 8 printers from HP in the last 20 years. I doubt that I will buy from HP again.
It started by not stating that it was a WIFI printer in the main title and got worse from there.
- You need to install the printer over WIFI. They even have tape over the USB and Ethernet ports.
- It was not clear where to find the printer's WIFI number.
- If a mistake was made in setup you can't go back and fix it.
- I spent hours over several days trying to get it working.
- It is also difficult to configure in Windows 11.
- HP Smart is terrible. Just give me a shortcut to the Scan function.
- Time from pressing Print in an application to the printer starting to do WIFI printing is about 2 minutes, making you think something is wrong.
- If HP wants to make money, stop trying to scam customers with there ink subscription and start making more user friendly products.
