Overall this is a very good computer
Overall this is a very good computer. It's fast and sleek. I only have 2 issues. 1) Sometimes the wifi adapter will turn off for no apparent reason and I have to shut down to get it back on. 2) when I open an Excel file it take about 10 seconds to open.

Great Laptop,
I love my new laptop. I am getting frustrated with the changes Microsoft made to their software. I love the rose gold color, the size, and the ease in setting up the computer. I had a smaller laptop; however, I rarely used it because it was too small. This HP Pavilion Plus is the perfect size for me.

Unsatisfied with overall product and HP support.
Worst experience ever. I ordered a laptop and getting the laptop through UPS was a hassle. During set up, I kept getting errors. Maybe 10 times and it keep restarting and showing the same error. After being fully charged, the laptop didn’t hold charge at all. HP support was not helpful and gave me stupid reasons and tried to tell me I couldn’t return the laptop. They finally did and I am currently waiting for a refund. Just go to Best Buy.

HP Pavilion Plus Laptop 14z-ey000, 14" I need to connect external monitor(s). Will this support 2 external monitors? And how can I tell in the specs? I may look at something similar in a 16" thanks
This unit can support two monitors. As for a way to tell, you would want to check the processor and go to the developer's site and see what the specifications are for that processor. It will often show the max number of displays it can handle and the max resolution. The other thing you will want to look for is the External I/O Ports. This unit has HMDI 2.1 out and USB C with DisplayPort 1.2 support. You could use both types to connect to different monitors. The other option would be since the USB C port on this unit supports Power Delivery, 1.2 DisplayPort, and Sleep and Charge, you can use a USB C dock that has to connect to monitors and other devices.
