Disappointed with keyboard, but super impressed with HP customer service
The keyboard lacked features that I wanted, such as the ability to create shortcuts, so I called HP to arrange a return. They immediately wiped out the charge on my credit card, and then said there was no need to ship it back to them. I now use a Logitech keyboard.

Difficult to type
Not an easy keyboard to use, at least for me. I have had trouble getting it to accept all of my keystrokes, it seems very fussy about how you strike the keys. I have reverted to my former wireless keyboard. A waste of money....

Title: HP Wireless Keyboard and Mouse 300 – A Disappointing Experience
The HP Wireless Keyboard and Mouse 300 failed to meet expectations and ultimately proved to be not worth the time or money. My main concerns include the short battery life and the lack of a power-off option when not in use, which leads to unnecessary battery drain.
The most frustrating issue, however, was the erratic typing behavior. While using the keyboard, it often seemed as though keystrokes were being altered words appeared differently than I had typed, even when typing slowly and carefully. Initially, I suspected low battery power as the cause, so I replaced the batteries with fresh ones, but the problem persisted.
After repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I ultimately discontinued use and reverted to the original keyboard that came with my HP desktop. Given the inconvenience and poor performance, returning the product would likely cost more than it’s worth.
For those considering this wireless keyboard and mouse combo, I would not recommend it based on my experience. A more reliable alternative may be necessary for consistent and accurate performance.

Order was cancelled without telling me or refunding the purchase cost.
I ordered this as part of a bundle with a laptop. The order just continuously showed in transit. After following up repeated with the shipper I finally talked to someone at HP. Apparently, the package was priced wrong so after it shipped they recalled this product without telling me. The person I talked to said the money for the keyboard should have been refunded, but I never received it.

I sent this back it was like a toy keyboard and mouse. Looks great in photos but it’s a piece of crap and waste of my time and money. Their return policy sucks too.

Position the tweezers around the tip.
Gently pull the tip from the pen.
Insert the replacement tip into the tip cavity.

No, the HP 1F4W5UA will not be compatible with this HP MPP 1.51 Pen. This will still be compatible with passive stylus pens. Like the active stylus, you can tap or write directly on a screen with a passive stylus (also called a capacitive stylus). But unlike an active stylus, the passive/capacitive stylus doesn't have touch sensitivity or electronic components. There's no communication between the stylus and the device.

Thank you for your question regarding the HP Pens. The MPP models will not work with Chromebooks as the coding was developed for Windows and MPP is Microsoft's pen coding. The USI pens or non-Active pen models will be your best options, but as chromeOS at this time does not have an official stylus coding, it can be harder to get a pen that works for it.
