Disappointed with keyboard, but super impressed with HP customer service
The keyboard lacked features that I wanted, such as the ability to create shortcuts, so I called HP to arrange a return. They immediately wiped out the charge on my credit card, and then said there was no need to ship it back to them. I now use a Logitech keyboard.

Difficult to type
Not an easy keyboard to use, at least for me. I have had trouble getting it to accept all of my keystrokes, it seems very fussy about how you strike the keys. I have reverted to my former wireless keyboard. A waste of money....

Title: HP Wireless Keyboard and Mouse 300 – A Disappointing Experience
The HP Wireless Keyboard and Mouse 300 failed to meet expectations and ultimately proved to be not worth the time or money. My main concerns include the short battery life and the lack of a power-off option when not in use, which leads to unnecessary battery drain.
The most frustrating issue, however, was the erratic typing behavior. While using the keyboard, it often seemed as though keystrokes were being altered words appeared differently than I had typed, even when typing slowly and carefully. Initially, I suspected low battery power as the cause, so I replaced the batteries with fresh ones, but the problem persisted.
After repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I ultimately discontinued use and reverted to the original keyboard that came with my HP desktop. Given the inconvenience and poor performance, returning the product would likely cost more than it’s worth.
For those considering this wireless keyboard and mouse combo, I would not recommend it based on my experience. A more reliable alternative may be necessary for consistent and accurate performance.

Order was cancelled without telling me or refunding the purchase cost.
I ordered this as part of a bundle with a laptop. The order just continuously showed in transit. After following up repeated with the shipper I finally talked to someone at HP. Apparently, the package was priced wrong so after it shipped they recalled this product without telling me. The person I talked to said the money for the keyboard should have been refunded, but I never received it.

Don’t waste your time or money…
I sent this back it was like a toy keyboard and mouse. Looks great in photos but it’s a piece of crap and waste of my time and money. Their return policy sucks too.

The MPP 1.51 stylus will work with that model of Pavillion x360. You can also use the MPP 2.0 stylus which has tilt support and will be more precise.

HP Active Stylus pens are compatible with HP x360 displays. The HP Envy 17" is not an x360 and is not Active Stylus compatible. This will still be compatible with passive stylus pens. Like the active stylus, you can tap or write directly on a screen with a passive stylus (also called a capacitive stylus). But unlike an active stylus, the passive/capacitive stylus doesn't have touch sensitivity or electronic components. There's no communication between the stylus and the device. Not all x360 displays are compatible with Active Stylus pens.
