Reliable workhorse for traveling clinical staff.
Solid, stable, reliable laptop. We have about 100 of these deployed with nurses and social works traveling to patient homes and facilities and have been using this model for at least five years. Staff appreciate the 15-inch screen versus the 14-inch and still feel it's light enough. The keyboards could be a little more durable. Those are the first things to wear out, but with the 3-year Care Pack with ADP, we are able to replace the keyboards as needed.

Thank you for your question regarding the ProBook 450 15.6 inch G10 Notebook PC Wolf Pro Security Edition. Both USB-C ports on that unit have USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 2.1 needed to support a Dock and work for charging. The docking station you are using may need a USB-C or AC Adapter connected to it in order to get it to push a charge through to the laptop.

This system is preinstalled with Windows 10 Pro software and also comes with a license for Windows 11 Pro software and provision for recovery software. You may only use one version of the Windows software at a time. Switching between versions will require you to uninstall one version and install the other version. You must back up all data (files, photos, etc.) before uninstalling and installing operating systems to avoid loss of your data.

You have the option to use the HP Thunderbolt Dock 280W G4 w/Combo Cable or HP Thunderbolt Dock 120W G4. Both docks have 1 HDMI port and 2 DisplayPorts.
The HP USB-C G5 Essential Dock has 2 DisplayPort 1.4 ports and 1 HDMI 2.0 port for 3 monitors. There is 1 front USB Type-C cable to connect to the host system (up to 65 W USB Power Delivery).
The HP Thunderbolt Dock 280W G4 w/Combo Cable option includes a Combo cable that provides up to 100W via USB-C alt mode. It also provides up to 230W to the computer via a 4.5mm barrel using the 280W power adapter.
You can show this HP ProBook 450 15.6 inch G10 Notebook with any of the above options. The laptop requires 45 watts to charge.
