Excellent artists pen, but nibs will wear out fast
The stylus is well compatible with the new laptops. Writes smooth, easily connects. Pen pressure opacity compatible, and charge time can last around 10 days if not a little more. Charges in 30 minutes average. The only issue ive come across, its that to tips with crumble after a only a little bit, and will need to be replaced easily. Thankfully, the box comes with two spares. But more will be needed for artists who intent on using the stylus
frequently with art to their screen. The magnetic feature is nice, helps to attach to the side of the laptop strip, or on the side of a desk leg or strip incase you fear losing it. This pes IS fairly easy to lose, very sleek

My HP 15-ey0013dx shows compatible with this pen, but when i open HP pen control, the program itself says its not compatible with this computer. i dont know if this is a pen issue or the app itself, my firmware and drivers are updated.

It is possible for the battery to go bad, but lithium batteries are designed to last for a long time. If you have had the device for less pen for less than a year, you can contact HP Support https://support.hp.com/us-en to see about getting the pen fixed or a replacement. You can also try to clean out the charging port with a microfiber material to make sure something is not just preventing it from charging.
