Last Resort Backup
Total keyboard was shorter than the normal regular full-sized keyboard, so made it a bit hard to use. Mouse was small and would go to sleep quickly so you had to be constantly double clicking. I will keep it as a last resort backup, but overall pretty disappointed

This is an economy keyboard and mouse. The mouse is a little small for my taste, perfect for a woman’s hand or a child and the keyboard has a feel like the ones from the 80s and 90s; old fashion. The wireless feature makes them outstanding. They both do the job. They’re OK.

Hesitation and skipping
Seems to hesitate and require two keystrokes for a single action.Then get multiple letters per stroke. Seems like a poor connection. Keyboard is 2 feet from USB thing. PC is brand new HP.

Which direction do batteries go into accessories?
I wish there had been photo instructions to illustrate which direction the batteries should be inserted. It was hit and miss on both the keyboard and mouse. i did know that the mouse needed to be turned on because I had one before. I still don't understand why you sell a superior, quality computer and pair it with an inferior keyboard and mouse. Couldn't type on the flat keyboard and mouse was extremely slow and cumbersome with a cord. Non-wireless accessories should be obsolete and replaced with wireless ones issued with all new computers. Wireless accessories are faster than a direct wired connection. Usually wireless is a slower connection. This just shows you that you include an inferior keyboard and mouse with all new computers. this could influence my next computer purchase. I do appreciate the no hassle replacement though. Thank you.

Love my HP Keyboard and mouse combo. works great for all my needs and allows me to use my Laptop in docking mode so that I can use my laptop as the main computer as well as have an extra monitor set up and utilize the keyboard and mouse like when having a desktop computer.

What are the extra keys at the left edge? HP web copy & documents don't identify them, and no images resolve the keycaps. I need to replace my 5th failed (discontinued) HP LV290AA, which has copy|cut|paste keys there.
