My HP Smart Tank Plus 651 Wireless All-in-One Ink Tank Printer earned BEST IN CLASS for a multitude of reasons, all of which were detailed as features. Going forward these "features" are necessities for me after experiencing all of this convenience, however.
From overall design which makes from printing to scanning, and everything between uber convenient and simple, to truly hands-free operation featuring voice commands that work even with my southern accent, AND spill-proof ink Refills that negate the need to constantly replace in order to print; this printer is truly the real deal.
Mobile Printing is actually easier than it sounds and has worked better for me than I ever imagined possible whether I'm on wifi or data, hence making staying truly organized via my Samsung fully possible and total reality. In addition to the simplicity is the actual quality, which is absolutely professional and allows me to utilize my printer in ALL facets of my life whether it be personal or professional.
What makes all of this even better is the pricing, which is beyond cost effective especially when factoring in how much printing power you're equipped with from delivery onset then greatly multiplied once you factor in how rarely you'll need to replace any ink whatsoever. Just what we needed
This was the printer my family of 6 needed! It does it all and it was super easy to set up and behind using. It arrived within a day and once unpackaged set up was super to the point and fast. I love the refillable ink cartridges so we can print lots of work, schoolwork, pictures, coloring pages and coupons. I highly recommend the HP SmartTank Plus 651.
After a little use I have to express how easy it was to connect my phone to the printer for quick and painless prints. The printer literally went step by step to help set up the connection. I am also so pleased with how much ink came with the HP Printer it’s so convenient and the prints were so crisp and clear like professional quality! Bright, clear, crisp are how my pictures now print out!

Love this printer!
The first perk when unboxing is that It comes with a TON of ink, right in the box, which is a huge time saver long term - this included black and colored ink for all your printing needs.
The wifi/bluetooth connectivity is so easy! I was able to connect this printer to multiple laptops with ease.
The actual print quality is great - the printer prints docs and photos fast and high quality.
Literally everything you could want/need in a printer is found in the HP Smart Tank Plus 651 Wireless All-in-One. Highly recommend.

Great Printer!
We love this printer! My husband and I have been using this printer for the last few weeks for us refinancing our house, and that has been extremely useful since we did everything electronically. I have used this printer to print tons of pictures and flyers for my work. Every one of the prints has come out pristine and without any issues. We loved being able to go to HP’s site and print out color pages for our niece and nephew. I have also scanned hand drawings to put on our computer, and those have turned out great as well. I have printed tons of recipes from my phone without any issue, and that has made it where I no longer forget to print later. I print when I want to and go about my business until I have time to get it all later. This printer has been fantastic, and now my husband won’t complain when I use all of the ink!

Print quality is the absolute best!
I am so impressed with all of the features this all-in-one printer offers! I was really surprised at how easy it was to set up and use all the features. The ink was quick and easy to fill, the print quality is absolutely the best! It also prints quicker than any other printer I've used. I love having it, especially right now when we have to do home schooling and working from home, I am able to fax in any of the school work that needs to be turned in when I don't have the time to drop it off.

All printers in the future need to be made like this one. It works well it scans well it was easy to set up it's fantastic the only thing that's weird is that you have to be precautious if you move it other than that it is fantastic.
Setup was a breeze and everything you need is included in the box! Wireless connection on it is the best! Let me tell you about the print quality! I have never seen anything as amazing as this print out! Colors are bright and vivid and does not even look like it came off of a printer! Great printing quality!

Excellent choice
My hp printer all in one was a game changer for me I'm working from and couldn't print my work and making this purchase was the best and smart choice. My work comes out so professional and clean. No ink smear and fast I can print from my phone when sending emails so yes the best choice and I totally recommend this printer to family and friends. Being that I work from home and could not get my job done this printer help me out a lot I now can send my workers data information and run copies to send to parents this made my job more easy.

I have owned many printers in the past and this by far exceeds all my expectations.
This printer includes 2 YEARS of INK right out the box! can you believe it?? No more of those days of having to stock up on expensive ink cartridges or going out on weekends and being lost where to buy new ones!
Setup was quick and easy, took approximately 10min, majority being a firmware update on printer itself. Unboxing takes a few min as HP has made it a point to ensure your product is secured and in perfect condition.
Filling up the tanks was extremely easy and suprising to see it not make a mess due to other manufacturers bottles leaking. These i can assure you do not!
Setting up wifi through the printer was a snap, on screen touch commands made it easy and intuitive to get connected.
Print quality for regular color and black and white documents was great but when printing photos was when it truly took my breath away. I was taken back how amazing the quality of photos was when I used with appropriate photo paper. The colors were vibrant and exceptional with borderless printing available on this model! Its amazing! I still cant believe it!
Being able to do copies, printing documents wirelessly from any of my computers, laptops, and even my mobile phone is really easy! this made my day!
One of the most annoying things is to have a paper jam, not once with this printer thus far. Holds without a problem 100 sheets of paper.
Great experience, would reccomend to anyone looking to print documents photos and scanning/copying and the rare occasion you may need to fax - this HP printer does it all, all while helping to save you money on your ink costs!

Efficient and multi factional printer
I like my new Smart Tank Plus 651 printer!
I hate when most printers on the market comes with such a low amount of ink pre-installed which require to buy new (and expensive) ink right at the start.
The design of the printer to have refillable ink using bottles of ink is genius! I can see exactly how much in left and refill the cartridge with the exact amount I want so the ink won't dry if I don't use the printer for a while.
This HP printer comes with 135-ml Black ink and 70-ml of Cyan, Magenta and Yellow ink. HP state that it should last up to 2 years! The black should last up to 6000 pages and the color ink for up to 8000. Of course it depends on your usage - for me it will last me for a very long time without extra expenses.
Another thing I love about this printer is the HP Smart App - even thought the attached screen is big and very easy to navigate I find myself using the app to control the printer as it's so convenient to have an app that helps control and print everything.
Print quality is great, I'm yet to print any photo but from my experience with black pages - the writings comes out very sharp and clean.
Set-up the printer was so easy, it recognize my wifi and connected in just few clicks.
I would recommend buying this printer if you like me and you print a lot on a monthly / yearly basis.

Ink cartridges be gone!!!
This product is amazing! I was getting tired of having to buy expensive cartridges for 2 printers in my house which always seemed we’re depleted. Set up was a breeze. Using the ink bottles was much simpler than I thought. One the system was up quality was just as good if not better than using cartridges. I loved being able to print wireless and even when I wasn’t home. That has to be the best feature. Sending faxes was straight forward as you would expect and scanning was easy aswell. Copies were done pretty quick. I was impressed it didn’t take long to make copies. After using it for a few week I love it! Great job hp!

The All-In-0ne, Home, Work, School Printer
I love the idea of never having to try and figure out what ink cartridge goes into my printer ever again. I probably buy a new printer every Black Friday just because the price of ink cartridges is more expensive than the printer was when I bought it. I also forget what printer I own at the time. This has been my dream since 1995 when I bought my first computer that came with a printer and separate scanner. Why can't they put these together and why can't they make this print with just clean crisp ink. Twenty Five years later and I am living like George Jetson the future is mine.
This printer is the cats meow, with the easy no mess refillable color trays and what HP says is two years of ink for normal use, I am running this printer a lot during the pandemic and so far so good. I had no trouble setting it up to work from home and set it up so my co-workers who are working from home can send documents straight to my printer and can print them out. I am running this off of wi-fi and it is printing within seconds of me sending the item from my computer, so far loving it. I am looking forward to see how long the ink actually lasts for and when I get to refill it. I feel two years will be tough to reach since I am using it for home, the kids school work and for my own work it will be fun to see. The cost of replacement ink is not making me sweat though as it is very inexpensive for replacement bottles.
All in all I am very impressed with the printer capabilities.

Awesome printer
The HP Smart Tank comes with 2 year supply right out of the bat. You can print up to 8k pages with this supply. When the ink is over, you buy ink in a bottle to refill the tanks on the printer. No more expensive cartridges. My dad told me because this printer doesn't have cartridges in the sense we are used to, I should print every once in a while so the ink tubes from the tank to the cartridges don't get clogged. The print quality is great. Besides printing, you can scan, copy and fax with this printer, although almost no one uses fax anymore only doctors and lawyers lol. The printer works on wifi so you can print from your phone or tablet through the app. My husband and I, during this quarantine, had to print some forms for college and this arrived at the perfect time.

This HP Smart Tank plus has really impressed me and also my whole family. I had an old printer and this one is far more advanced. Right out of the box i knew this was a high quality product. It was simple to setup and connect to my wifi connection. Filling the ink was a breeze and fool proof. There is no mess and the added value is we wont be spending as much on ink now. The fact that this is an all in one printer saves me space and adds convenience. My first use i had to copy and print 100 color pages and it was fast and seamless. The color and brightness is amazing. Also being able to print on both sides is another plus. I am now able to fax important documents to other businesses right from home. My 17year old son can now do his homework from home instead of having to go to the library. My family could not be happier with this All in one printer.

Sometimes it's good to try new things!
At first sight, this printer looks too good to be true. The first thing that got me was the ink tanks located at the front of the printer. You can see how much ink you physically have left?? Brilliant. The thought of refilling my ink cartridges with full bottles of ink instead of having to go out to spend $80 on new cartridges that I can't know without a doubt is full...it's so satisfying. I feel whole.
My only concern was in the very beginning with one minor (and I emphasize minor) issue with the printing quality. Several pages into our first couple days of printing we had some pretty heavy black ink streaking all down the pages. Had it been an important document, I'd be more upset. Fortunately, it wasn't but I do wonder how much of that ink was wasted. I'm rather frugal in that department. No bleeding since then, and the issue has resolved itself without having to call any customer support or do any heavy lifting. VOILA. Don't you love that??
Aside from that, I've had no issues. The cloud printing setup with various servers was effortless, as was connecting to the wifi network and my laptops, tablets, and smartphones. The whole family is using this big guy, and we're pretty happy with it.

I love this printer! It's much more compact than my current HP printer. I love the fact that it comes with liquid ink instead of the traditional cartridges and the printing quality is vibrant and very clear. I love that I can print wirelessly and my kids can send their work to it as well. We really need a printer like this during a time when we all are at home. I'm so excited to continue keep using this printer so I can use all the functions available. This is definitely a printer I would recommend to friends and family.

THIS PRINTER HAS BEEN NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING. IT WAS SUPER EASY TO SET UP. EASY TO DOWNLOAD THE APPS TO OPERATE. EASILY PRINT FROM PHONE. DOES PRINT A LITTLE SLOW. SAVES A TON OF MONEY ON INK. I HONESTLY AND TRUTHFULLY CANNOT THINK THAT THIS PURCHASE COULD BE WRONG. IF THE PRINTHEADS GO BAD,YOU CAN JUST CHANGE THEM OUt.

Efficiency Increased Instantly with My New HP
The arrival of the HP smart tank plus wireless all-in-one printer could not have come at a better time.
This all-in-one printer is perfect as I telework indefinitely from home.
To know that I will not have to run out or place an online order for more ink any time soon as the printer tank lasts up to 2 years, is such a game changer for my household.
The printer comes with the classic printer colors: magenta, yellow, black cyanide colors which are standard for all of my map printing needs. I am so excited to print from my mobile phone with this wireless printer.
I am so elated and grateful for the opportunity to print here from home and what I love is how easily it was able to connect to my home Wi-Fi and now I can scan the documents easily to my supervisors and coworkers with out leaving my home.

Smart tank 651 - Fantastic Printer!
What a perfect time for an amazing printer. The wife and I just refinanced our house and put this printer through the paces. We had to print, scan, reprint, and rescan hundreds of documents over the last few weeks. Every time we thought we were good they needed a new document, but this printer handled it like a champ! The scanning feature is amazing and much better than my previous printer. It was faster, easier to work, and came out crystal clear every time. Not only that, but it printed the documents perfect every time and barely used ANY ink. My number one gripe has always been how much ink is and how much printers use. This printer solves both of those issues! We even dove into the wireless printing, which made printing from our phones and tablets a breeze, and also used HP’s site to print coloring books for our niece and nephew when they came over. They loved being able to pick out what they were going to get to color! Set up was a breeze, the application made everything easy, and I was up and running in 10 mins or less! I can’t recommend this printer enough! It is also dramatically smaller than the printer we had previously.

Perfect Printer
I work from home, so my desk isnt that big to use. So I was looking to printer that has everything I need all in one. HP Smart Tank Plus 651 has what I need. Perfect Space and location I need to use. Wifi was so easy to connect to with out using downloaded disk or software. Copy Scan and Fax. Easy to fill the ink I was amazed how easy and it doesn't take a genius. Prints great
We use this printer for our small buisness that we run from our home. We found that setup was easy, the printer connected quickly with our internet. I typically print 200-400 pages per week and had zero issues with quality of prints, paper getting stuck or copies. I did however have issues with printing from my phone. I had error messages when sending items to print and had to disconnect then reconnect my phone to the printer to get it to work. This was a minor issue for me as I dont often print from my devices. This printer is pretty quiet, and ink seems to last a sufficient amount of time.

Very smart and I mean VERY
This printer is really easy to setup. Straight from out of the box it is so simple to get it going. I love the feature that I do not need to change ink cartridges very often. The print quality is very sharp. The colors are bright and really stand out. I have other brands and the picture quality is not as sharp. I am very excited about this printer and I am looking forward to learning more about it as I use it more. I highly recommend this printer for business use and personal use.

Printer of my Dreams
Now that I am teaching from home my printing needs have changed. As I prepare for next year (yes I know that's at least 4 months away but hey I'm a teacher we're planners) The 35-page feeder makes converting things for virtual learning so much faster and organized. I was shocked to find the no-spill bottles actually didn't make a mess. I haven't used the fax feature yet but plan to on Friday to send in my timesheet. This printer simplified working from home for this teacher. The print quilty is awesome super sharp font and true to life color. The app is amazing you can see what is being scanned on the printer from the app. The app also lets you know how much ink you have left. The wifi and Bluetooth allows you to easily print from multiple devices. As a mother of 5 this allows me to have the printer in a safe place and my boys still are able to print the things they need. The touchscreen is easy to use and the design with paper feed in the back keeps my unused paper out of my curious toddler's grasp.

One of the best printers I've ever owned!
This printer should be in everyone's home! It is not that big. Looks great. In fact, sizewise it looks like any other printer and is stylish. But the capacity is huge. Wireless and Bluetooth connectivity is fast and precise. Photo and text- printing is crisp, clear, and colorful. Normal BW printing is as desired. Ink life is astonishing because with this printer there will be no more cartridges. Which is genius! I mean there is nothing bad I can say about this product at all at this point. The app works seamlessly. I highly recommended the purchase of this HP smart tank plus 651 wireless all in one printer!

Amazing printer
The HP 651 printer is amazing and has exceeded my expectations. I was so impressed by how easy it was to fill the ink tanks without a single drop spilled. I hate cartridges which I one reason that really drew me to this product. Its very easy to set up and prints very quietly, crisp, and clearly. Faxing, scanning and copying is also a breeze. Now when I need school work for my children or office needs I know I can rely on my HP.

During the Coviod-19 lockdown, office and kids school both being at home, I was looking for multi-purpose and easy to use Printer with multiple features at an affordable price and HP smart tank 651 checks most of the boxes. his printer came easy to set up and following the instructions it was up and running in no time! The print quality is excellent and the remote printing feature gives me freedom and flexibility in usage. The bottles of ink were much easier to use and install than cartridges I have used in the past. It is a great investment during these testing times and I would highly recommend this product to others for office and school homework and projects.

Amazing Printer
For a Family of five with three teenagers that prints out lots of documents everyday, this printer has been amazing. I jumped at the opportunity to try this becaue of how much ink I usually buy monthly. I love the fact that the ink can be refilled instantly and not have to run to the store or order any online. This saves me so much time and effort, and on top of that it is so easy to refill. I was able to setup and establish connection with my router and smartphone with no issues as well. Printing was a breeze and the quality is top notch as always with HP printers. I would defenitly recommend this printer for a family that prints out a lot of documents for school / business.

651 has had little use. Printing is terribly slow. Prints 1/2 of page, then pauses for up to a minute to finish the page. Is there any hope? If printer has been discontinued is there any warranty?

Does the 651 HP does auto feed multiple pages for copying and scanning or do you have to get a different model?
