Save on ink!
This is a great printer that I strongly recommend. Is a good all-in-one printer. Setup was very easy and straightforward. The instructions were easy to understand. They also provide a QR Code that will direct you to their website for instructional videos.
Filling up the ink reservoirs were easy and no spill. Having previously never used a tank-type printer, I was a bit concerned about spilling ink, that concern was completely unwarranted because the HP ink bottles and the printer intake ports are perfectly matched, resulting in no spills or even minor splatters and a nice feature is that the ink levels are readily visible on the front of the printer.
After you fill up the ink tanks, you must install the print heads and then you are prompted to print out an alignment page and you use that to calibrate the printer.
Printing from your mobile device is also supported here, I used the HP Smart App to accomplish this, it quickly found my wireless network.
I highly recommend it!

WINNING!!
I am completely thrilled with my new printer. I have been on the search for a great printer that doesn't use so much ink. I heard about these new Smart Tank printers and bought one. Fail. I tried again with this new HP Smart Tank Plus 651 Wireless All-in-One. Drop the mic, this printer is all that and more. It prints with a crisp clarity that I love. My business brochures are finally top notch. The vivid colors really make my documents stand out.
The best part about this HP Smart Tank Plus 651 Wireless All-in-One Printer is how easy it is to set up. It took me under 5 minutes from unboxing to printing. It walks you through all with clear instructions and an app. The app is another great feature. When you're on the go like me, all business needs must be constantly accessible. This smart app allows for that. While the upfront price was a bit more than my last printer, I will easily make up for it in the first 6 months.
I definitely recommend this printer to anyone looking for a durable, efficient, and economic printer.

Easy to print from numerous devices
The printer was very easy to set up with my desktop and from there I was easily able to print from my chrome book and android mobile phone. I had been wanting a printer with wifi printing capabilities for quite some time and this more than fit the bill. I have never tried to print from my phone before and I was impressed at how easy it really was to do! The quality for all of my print jobs has been so much better than my previous all-in-one. It seemed like I was going through cartridges like crazy with my old printer and I'm thrilled that I've barely put a dent in the available ink that was provided with the HP Smart Tank Plus 651 Wireless All-in-One. I print for an online resell business and sometimes the old printer would leave smudges or other marks that compromised the bar code on the label leading to worries if it would even scan. So far there was been no evidence of this happening with the HP printer and anything that alleviates a little bit of worry while running a business is major. I look forward to using this printer for many years to come!

Great Printing Capabilities
The HP Smart Tank Plus 651 Wireless All-In-One is easy to set up. It has an app that connects to it allowing it to walk you through setting it up or any issues such as a paper jam. The printer itself has a small screen with the same capabilities of showing you short videos to help you through anything happening in real time! Plus if I ever need more help, there is a 24/7 help line which I have used this for my other printers in the past and it was very useful.
It comes complete with a 2 year supply of ink to get you started. Considering that fact alone, this printer may pay for itself! The ink is so easy to fill and you can still move the printer around, if needed, without it spilling ink all over the place.
While not the quietest all-in-one (video included), it has a sharp and beautiful picture with very crisp and clean lines with vibrant colors. I can print anything from a black and white document to a family photo and know it is going to turn out beautifully. It somehow doesn't need time to dry and it never smudges either!
I love that it can connect to my phone which required no set-up at all. It is the first printer that I have owned with this capability. It really makes it so much more user-friendly! I would recommend this printer to anyone looking for a reliable, all-in-one printer!

Smart Design printer
I like the HP Smart Tank Plus 651 Wireless All-in-One printer, especially the refillable ink tank. Each refill ink bottle can let me print up to over 6,000 black or 8,000 pages. I never seen the refillable ink tank in the printer before;however, the unique design not only can save a lot of money in ink cartridges but also can save time in replaceing the ink cartridges. HP Smart Tank Plus 651 Wireless All-in-One printer also has the dual-band Wi-Fi that can connect with my Samsung cell phone easily and provide me the faster and reliable connection to print my documents from my cell phone. Just simply connect, I can print any photo or documents from my Samsung smart phone to finish my work. This is a reliable and unique printer.

Easy to Install, Print Quality Excellent
We quickly set this printer up tonight and found the easy. Loading ink did not involve a mess. Installing the app on my phone proved almost as easy. The print quality displayed high resolution and crisp, sharp images. The wireless capabilities made setup very easy to accomplish on Android and Apple phones as well as on Windows based laptops. The printer screen really aided with the installation process by guiding you through each step. While using the printer, the screen also provides valuable advise. The paper tray hold plenty of paper to and does not jam up. This printer has greatly improved our home's printing, scanning, and faxing capabilities.

Top of the line!
I was so excited when my printer arrived. I have been ready to upgrade for some time. I set it up immediately! This printer has exceptional printing quality. Pictures print crystal clear. My favorite feature is the refillable ink. I go thru so much ink so I am excited to refill my own and save money. The refill bottles are reasonably priced also. The only downside to this printer is that it doesn’t double side print. I also do not care for the backload for paper. Not a big deal though. I will gladly give those up for printing quality and refillable ink. I am so happy I upgraded to this wonderful machine! Another great product HP!

I have to say that this printer is one of the best printers I've purchased without any dislike for it. What a beauty!
I was so excited to FINALLY receive this amazing printer! I tore right in to the package and then bam, I got a little nervous seeing the bottles of ink and reading the instructions. What? You trust me to turn this bottle upside down and fill the reservoir without making a HUGE mess?? So, here went nothing.. upside down the first bottle went, glug, glug, glug and just like that with no mess at hand, I was in business. This was one of the smoothest and easiest printers that I have ever dealt with. The instructions were clear as day and the network set up was a breeze. I love the compatibility to my devices and the ease at which I can locate all the print items. The print quality is beautiful, the scan quality impeccable and oh so quiet! This is the printer that shows up in dreams.

I love the all in one
HP Smart Tank Plus Wireless All-in-One is so wonderful I love that it was easy to set up and I can use my smartphone to upload photos and copies in the go and the ink last a year and the copies are bold and reliable and this was a great step from Hp because it's everything you need in a professional printer I'm a huge fan of this printer it's a cool.

The bottles of ink were much easier to use than cartridges I have used in the past. It is a great investment and I would highly recommend this to others!

Small footprint and low running cost printer
We purchased this bulk-ink AIO printer to save running costs. We chose The Smart Tank Plus 651, not 551, because of the 35-sheet ADF (automatic document feeder). It is time-saving features since we need to scan/print a lot of documents. The ADF is manual-duplexing, to scan or copy both sides of two-sided multipage documents, you have flipped the peter by yourself.
The Smart Tank Plus 651 is the flagship product in HP. You can make copies, scan to or print from network drives or your favorite cloud sites, and also monitor usage and generate reports. The 2.2-inch monochrome touch-screen allows you configure printer or select feature easily.
The printer speed is a little slow compared to my laser printer. The print quality is good for my working and kid's homework. It is more than acceptable for most business or home applications. For the photo, I didn't use photo paper, the color is accurate, but I can see minimal graininess. (may cause by my paper)
For running cost, I found 0.3 cents /page for black and 0.9 cents/page for color data from the internet. HP's instant ink cost is around 2.5 cents. It is much lower than instant ink cost. But, the hardware itself is more expensive.
I used Wifi connection with my windows 10 or MacOS PC, and both are working for me. This HP Smart Tank Plus 651 is a good and solid printer, but it is an expensive printer. The only drawback is the paper tray; it has only one 100 sheet tray and upward and outward at the back of the printer. It is not convenient to adjust the paper size.

I am in love with my new printer!!!!
I felt like it was Christmas when my new printer arrived!!!! Opening the printer and setting the printer up was extremely easy! I was surprised that it only took 7-10 minutes to hook it all up! I am very pleased that the ink will last 2 years. That was what sold me on this printer. The colors of the ink print beautifully! My children already took over the printer and are printing out pictures of their favorite celebrities as i type this lol! I am very happy with my purchase. The quality is great. The printing speed is lightning fast. I'm in love! I highly recommend this printer! I promise you won't regret it!!

Well, this is something I wanted to try, due to remote printing (print, scan and copy remotely). I decided to purchase this due to the remote printing (comes in handy and less likely to forget to print when at home) along with how unique the ink bottles were vs cartridges (as I've had in the past). Well, so far I'm very pleased with this. The print quality is amazing (which is to be expected from HP). The unboxing of the printer was very easy. Lots of tape to take off, but that's expected. I'll say to make sure to follow the instructions in the setup booklet to ensure all is done correctly too. The filling of the tanks was really easy and no mess, which surprised me, due to most times bottles leak, but these do not. Then installing the 2 ink cartridges was easy as well (again make sure to follow the instructions, otherwise alignment of the installation doesn't work out so well). Now to sync to the wifi, that was also easy. The beginning to end process was all very easy to follow and the prompts on the touchscreen too. I've had many printers in the past (cheap ones) and many weren't as easy to setup as this was.
The print quality is a huge thing to me, which I've tested out and it turned out as expected. The color is exceptional, which I expected in the beginning. I know this printer will come in handy with the kids doing schoolwork o line, plus printing up work documents too while at home.
I love the automatic document feeder, many don't have this and it's a huge plus in my book when looking at printers for home use. Now, the one thing that's hard to find (even at work) is borderless printing. This has it!!!! When printing pictures, this is a huge thing to have and it's a good selling feature to many of us.
Now the rear input tray is different, but I actually like it. I've always had the feeder in the front and it's a nice change to have it in the back. It does hold up to 100 pieces of paper, which is a good thing when printing remotely. Now the output tray only holds up to 30, but that's not going to be a problem since I don't print that much while out.
So, all in all, I'm super excited about this pro get and all that it can do. I'm even more excited to have the kids be able to hook up to it and print remotely.
So, one last thing that I'm going to race about. This HP Smart Tank printer has the ability to create an email address for you so you can send documents to print virtually anywhere. Plus you can share the email with friends and family too.

Fantastic printer
Not every all-in-one printers are the same. The HP smart tank plus 651 wireless all-in-one printer can print as fast as speeds up to 11ppm. Also, the printer has documatic feeder that can eliminate hassle with the hands-free 35-page. Moreover, HP Smart Tank Plus 651 does have wifi and mobile app connection functions. However, the imporant thing of the HP Smart Tank Plus 651 wireless all-in-one printer is equip of affordable ink tank. You never see the ink tank in the market. The HP smart tank plus is perfect for low-cost and high-volume printing. The original HP 2 years of ink bottles can let me print up to 8, 000 color pages or 6, 000 black pages. Overall , HP Smart Tank Plus 651 has the best quality and a great saving for home or office using.

Great features, easy setup and tons of ink.
I got so tired of spending more for the replacement ink then the cost of the printer that I used to just buy new printers. Now with the HP Smart Tank 651 I can purchase a years worth of ink for $62 (5000-7000 pages) and the printer works flawlessly. I was looking at other ink tank printers but went with HP since my desktop and laptop is an HP. Very happy with my purchase so far.

Excellent Features
I purchased this due to the fact that my old printer was leaking ink and I was introduced to this printer by HP Sales Rep. When I learned that the ink could last up to 2 years before replacing, I was sold. Once I set everything up which was so very easy, it was like I had this printer was years, So very easy to setup filling the ink containers; the date and time and wireless printing. Making copies was a breeze and faxing was so easy. This is a awesome printer all - in -one.

First Look 30 days in
I've had my new printer now for about 30 days and can only say it has preformed as well as expected. The installation was easy to follow and setup to my home network was very simple. The printer did do an update that for some reason caused the printer to go off line but simply powering off the printer for a minute and restarting it corrected that. In day to day use I found very little difference from my former HP Printer with the exception of not being able to do two sided printing. A feature I did use but can live with out. Since I've not had the printer all that long yet I do not have any review of the ink supply but the start up filling of the ink was very direct and if you follow the instructions should be not problem.

You get what you pay for
I purchased this product less than a month ago now that we have a "shelter in place" order in NY, so that I could copy and scan. Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase, but there are some provisos you should consider:
PROs: The pinter is cheap and the ink replenishment process is fairly straight forward. Also, you can replace inks individually, rather than being required to purchase a whole set. The software was easy to set up on my 11 year old iMac and worked seamlessly.
CONs: The scan process is extremely slow. So slow that I am curious as to why they bothered to place a sheet feeder on the product. The scan quality was relatively low.
In all, if you want an inexpensive, easy to set-up product, I would definitely recommend this one. If you need reasonably fast scanning and/or high quality, I would suggest going up in model.

god color printer
I like the way it prints. The color is sharp and clear. It is a bit noisy. I also like the sleep mode when not in use. I can't answer how long the ink lasts because I only had it 1 week.

Just received, installed and used this new HP Smart Tank Plus 652 printer, and as always am so happy with my HP purchase. It was easily installed. from inexperience i did hit a snag, and the hp print and scan doctor fixed it no problem. 651 has had little use. Printing is terribly slow. Prints 1/2 of page, then pauses for up to a minute to finish the page. Is there any hope? If printer has been discontinued is there any warranty?

Does the 651 HP does auto feed multiple pages for copying and scanning or do you have to get a different model?
