Rated 3 out of 5 by mav1 from Overall happy with the purchase. Very good so far, nice feeling of the keyboard, trackpad get accidental touches sometimes because it's so large, fan runs high very often even when not performing super intense tasks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ola A. from HP Spectre 2-in-1 16 inch Slate blue This PC is suitable for my graduate studies with its touch screen for flexibility, antiglare for night reading, 1TB baseline memory, fairly good battery life. I do not like that it easily gets smeared with fingerprints so I got a screen protector. Above all, I got this PC at a much discounted price in the month of May. So it is 8/10 for me

Rated 4 out of 5 by Rhonda R. from Excellent HP Spectre laptop - w/one improvement. I love everything about it, except for one significant aspect; otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars. It isn't easy to rest your palms because they are half on the touchpad, which makes the cursor move, and it can click on something you don't want it to. Also, the touchpad is delicate, and your 2 palms are putting a lot of pressure that can damage it. There is no reason whatsoever to have such a huge touchpad. If anything, it can be smaller than most. Not sure why someone thought this was a good idea. The one thing I love is the HP Support Assistant. It helps you to thoroughly detect and solve problems, and also helps with updates and drivers. I rarely ever have to call/online chat HP, but when I do, their customer support is the best I’ve had to deal with, and I’ve had Microsoft, MSI, Lenovo, and Asus computers.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Rich W. from Okay but less than expected. I purchased HP's Spectre x360 2-in-1 Laptop 16 about 4 months ago and I am underwhelmed. Quite a few times I wished I could simply have kept my old computer but due to Microsoft's decision to abandon Windows 10, I felt upgrading the machine while getting Windows 11 would be worthwhile. Changing computers and Operating Systems at the same time is a risky proposition but the OS proved not to be as bad as imagined. The computer was another story. I expected some software to transfer files the old computer to be built into the machine but it was not. I asked HP about it and was told I had to buy the software and this caused greater problems. After buying the software, which would be sent digitally, I was told it would arrive in 5 to 7 days like first class mail would have taken before the new Postmaster General dismantled all of the modern machinery. After waiting the 7 days, I never received it. When I called again I was told that it was delivered so I must be mistaken not that there was a problem on their end. Eventually I went to a third party to get the transfer software and received it in 42 seconds while I am still waiting for the credit for the software that I bought from HP several months ago. With all this now done, I can say that the machine is adequate. The machine came with software that makes sure that I get bombarded with advertisements and junk I don't want when I turn it on, but no file transfer software. I have to spend a lot of time avoiding promotions and junk before I can do what I want to do and this is very annoying. Does the machine work? Yes, but customers are simply cash generating machines and new computers do not do more than prior models unless perhaps you are a gamer or want to keep 50 tabs open on the internet at the same time. Will this machine save time for me? No! Will it make operations easier? No! Does the company stand behind its products? Maybe, as long as you don't have any reason to bother them. Would I buy another HP computer? NO!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jean-Luc Laminette from Spectre feedback - I am not an HP Employee (This survey requires me to click Yes to move forward) I cannot set the mouse pointer's size once for all and need to resize it each time I turn the PC on. Instability of gmail email (losing entire sentences or paragraphs without a reason unless it is due to the keyboard.) Too many software proposal distractions on an ongoing basis that I do not care for. I have used HP products and PCs for over 35 years; this is not the best PC I have had. My previous Spectre seemed better but its battery did not last long. I will remain loyal to HP for my PCs until I don't. My best PC was a Sony

Rated 3 out of 5 by K from Wayne, NE from Laptop review Keyboard has odd spacing and there is no number pad which is bid dissatisfier. Seems to freeze up at times and has to be restarted, which is frustrating for it being a new computer. Overall, is a good computer, but for price point is disappointing

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ysqw from Like my new HP Really like my new HP. A favorite feature is that the charging cord plugs into the corner of the unit. This is also my only criticism —- with slight movement of the unit, the cord doesn’t stay fully plugged in and charging stops. Throughout the day, I have to check that the cord is fully plugged.

You are missing an important option on the "Customizable" 16-inch HP Spectre 360. The WiFi 7 BE200 with Bluetooth 5.4 wireless card is not included as an option on the "Customizable" version. Does anyone see the irony? When will it be added?

Dear HP designers, I'm a huge fan of the Spectre line and eagerly awaiting the release of the Spectre x360 16t-aa000. However, I noticed with some sadness the absence of the silver color in the available options. Just as you did with the 14" version.
