This device never really worked out for me.
This device was the worst purchase ever. It kept dropping my network, and connected devices, to the point that I would have to unplug my monitor and plug it back in to recognize it again, and the wired network speeds were way slower that wifi on the same computer. I eventually replace this unit with a non-HP brand similar multi-port device.

Great, unless you use an ethernet connection?
I am direct wired in with my internet, so i thought this adapter would be a great way to use the hp laptop i just bought woth my home internet - but now im always dropping off zoom calls, "network quality low", and having the prompts to restart my adapter. Pretty bummed, did i just receive a fauly one?? Because seems kinda expensice for what i got. If this is not a common issue id like to get a replacement....

Is this compatible with the Omen 17-ck1111nr laptop? I need to be able to use 2 external 3440 x 1440 monitors that have both HDMI and Display Port inputs.

Also, the seven multifunction ports provide a complete solution for just about any data, video, or network connection. 1 HDMI 2.0, 1 Display Port 1.2, 2 USB-A ports, 1 USB-C® port, 1 USB-C® passthrough port, and 1 ethernet port. This Hub provides 65W max combined power output when using a 90W charger and charging multiple devices. Passthrough charging requires a notebook or tablet with a USB-C® AC adapter. This product does not include an AC adapter.

Is there a way to configure the Ethernet port? I think there is a problem with it.
I have this product. I connect this to "HP EliteBook 930 g9" and 2 4K displays "LG 27UL550". But This "HP Universal USB-C Multiport Hub" cannot power 2 4K displays. One display is powered 4K@60hz, but other one is powered only 2,560×1,440@60hz.
How do I connect this thing?
I have spectre x360 2 in 1 13.5 and the m24f monitor. i can not get the hub to charge my laptop with connect to the hub and the monitor
Bought 2 of these. One works great. The other shows 2 monitors, but will not charge the laptop. Now the power light is flashing on top of the hub. Any ideas?
