Nobody told me before and when I bought the computer that I would need a hub in order to plug into the computer my printer a mouse. I am upset that I had to pay an extra $52 for a plug when there were always enough outlets in my previous computers.

This adaptor came with my new HP Spectre. There's no explanation of what the three different symbols above the three ports mean. They are all different so that implies that each port does something different. E.g. what does SS mean ?

will this cable work with the HP 7955

Thank you for your question! The only HP 7955 that is showing in the HP US database is an HP Envy 7955e Inspire. Is that the product referred to? If so then this is not compatible with printers. This device must be connected to and used with a PC. If this is not the product, please clarify the model number of the item being referred to and resubmit the question!
