I have switched around the dongle to different USB-A ports and didn't resolve issue.Bluetooth on laptop works because it finds my externsl devices. I figured because it was only $20 it's cheap items.

However, whoever designed the ultra small and recessed off/on switch should be forced to use it constantly for eight hours one day. I do like the touch of the keyboard and the smooth operation of the mouse (once I get it turned on).

What are the extra keys at the left edge? HP web copy & documents don't identify them, and no images resolve the keycaps. I need to replace my 5th failed (discontinued) HP LV290AA, which has copy|cut|paste keys there.
