When I realized what was ordered Inimmediateky called to cancel. After being tossed from person to person I was finally told it had been over an hour and could and could not cancel. Why would I want repair parts???sounds like a scam. Don't fall for it!!!

Really, people, what? I can't imagine buying another HP computer, or recommending one to anyone. Getting support is impossible.

HPTeamGrant states "screen damage is NOT covered" - however, at chrome-extension://efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj/https://h20195.www2.hp.com/v2/getpdf.aspx/4aa3-8281enw.pdf the emphasis is on specific exceptions to coverage rather than a total exclusion
