The delivery was just a couple of days, far faster than promised. Some other websites will picture the HP, then send you some knockoff, which means I have to deal with the hassle of product returns. I only buy the OEM toner product after having a laser severely damaged by some knockoff years ago. I credit the long life of my printer (12 year?) to using the OEM parts. No jams, no problems. I generally get the best price and delivery from HP, so easy to recommend. Just wish it were cheaper. Yes We got the document printed on time.
