Caps Lock Display
This keyboard meets my needs exactly. My main issue with my old keyboard is that the keyboard did not display when the Caps Lock was on. Usually not important, but passwords are case sensitive and hidden with *s.

Keyboard Locks Up Frequently
The keyboard keeps locking up forcing me to restart my laptop. It's as if it only allows a certain number of keystrokes and then just stops. I had an old keyboard of similar model that did the same thing -- I bought this one thinking whatever the glitch was it would have been fixed by now. Not so. Couldn't find any help for the problem. A waste of money.

DOES THIS 235 WIRELESS MOUSE AND KEYBOARD WORK WITH A USB KVM
Thank you for your interest in the HP 235 Wireless Mouse and Keyboard Combo. As long as the KVM is connected to a unit that either has Windows 10 or 11 that allows for the USB transfer, it will work. It is dependent on the OS for the drivers of the connected unit.

Thank you for your question! All necessary batteries are included with the purchase. The keyboard and mouse will use 2 AAA batteries. The battery life with this keyboard lasts up to 16 months and a mouse that lasts up to 12 months. Actual battery life will vary with use and environmental conditions, and will naturally decrease with time and usage. This is not a backlit keyboard and will operate as a normal keyboard and mouse would in natural light conditions.
