I've lost confidence
Got the extended warranty and have called about it but they never provide the documentation. I need a policy number, dates of activity, warranty company info, etc. It's awful when you buy something and have to chase the maker of the product to do what they are supposed to do.

HP 15 AMD R5 256G 986P screen
Simple, not too heavy, with good battery life. Sun is hard on the screen and
has a definite plastic feel though. There are many processor, screen and and storage variations that may not be obvious to you. HP web store is where you can really pick the variation you want.

Well worth the price, and we would recommend to family, friends, and others is solicited.
We have been loyal and dedicated HP customers/users for over forty years, and this includes desktop towers, monitors, laptops, Chrome Book, external hard drives, flash drives, and pretty much at least one or more of each. The customer service representatives in 98% of all contacts have been able to assist us with our "asks". In the past we elected to not purchase extended warranty coverages, but since the costs of these products continue to rise we now feel purchase of extended warranties for product as well as customer service has become almost a "must". HP's pricing seems quite fair for the protection desired.
