3 yr warranty

My HP Computer
I returned this computer today. It would not open past my pin. I would load my pin # and the screen would turn black. When I tried to reset my pin then it went into a loop telling me my pin was not available and I need to reset my pin. Definitely had a software issue

Not showing up on my laptop
Purchase went well, price was good, But, it still does not show reflecting on my laptop warranty status. I've tried to to update it and the system cannot find my laptop in your system. Not Impressed. I've never purchased an extended warranty from HP before, so not impressed with this purchase so far.

Dissapoinment regarding warranty support
It has been two weeks and my warranty has yet to be updated, nor have I received any communcation regarding attaching to my HP laptop that is about to expire. I am also disappointed to learn that the extended warranty is based upon the purchase date, where as a 3-yr warranty will 'at best' cover for one more year... and I had to fight to get the full first year warranty?

Care, not!
The worst experience ever with hp - and I am a 3 decade loyal customer - after purchasing the care pack extended warranty from the HP online store, apparently the product was never registered. I called, I emailed again and again and again, never getting the problem resolved, until 3 weeks after purchase. It was not pleasant or fun or productive.

Account NOT updated to show 3yr warranty.
I purchased a 3yr warranty on 6/16/23 thru HP. When I login to my HP support page, I notice my new warranty shows 24mo. remaining instead of 36mo. I have spoken to multiple support agents to get this resolved, but no one seems to be able to correct it, or explain why it is that way. To this day (6/30/23) it still hasn't been fixed. I have now been waiting for DAYS, for something that should have taken minutes to correct my account.

Mostly perfect, just a little touchy
this machine has all the capabilities I need, however, there is one thing that is a problem for me. It is very touchy, I keep keying wrong things, the cursor moves when I am not looking at it, thus doing things I don't want it to do. I am continuing to learn how these things happen, but I feel like I have to watch it too closely, and not by experience.

Bad Follow Up from HP
You've printed a large acronym in the title of this survey request. I assume it is the model number for the 3 year HP Care Pack service plan I purchased for my new HP laptop on May 7. You have accepted my credit card charge for this purchase, yet I have not received any email, receipt, confirmation or terms from HP regarding this transaction. I have no acknowledgement from HP for my purchase at all. This is very poor customer service.
I registered my computer on the HP site and upon completion, the message to me was that I was to receive an email confirming my registration. I have heard nothing from HP. I still am in my 30 day satisfaction period with Best Buy and I am seriously considering returning my HP laptop to them and buying an Apple laptop.
