My new HP.
All the laptops that I've owned so far were fast, but this HP beaten all. I really liked, super fast. Those 10 cores really make a big difference. The only thing I missed is. No backligth keyboard, but it's all good I can deal with out it.

A Wonderful Upgrade
This PC is so much better than my old PC. It’s incredible fast to startup and to access apps. Definitely the right choice for me. Would have given it a 5 if I had thought to get the backlit keyboard: white letters on a light blue keyboard can be a challenge in low light. Black letters might have been better on a light background. Nevertheless, it’s a great PC at a great price point. I recommend it highly.

I haven't used this Care Pack yet.
I'm reviewing the purchase of the HP Care Pack since I haven't used it yet. This one is for 3 years starting from when I bought the HP laptop. I had a HP laptop a decade ago and their Care Pack worked out for me then. Just make sure you keep a note somewhere that you have this warranty, so you don't scrap it or pay a geek unnecessarily.

Don't Like Care Package Buying Process
I have not received any details other than order confirmation regarding my 3 year care pack so I cannot review it. I was immediately charged for it but have yet to get any details or registration email. It also isn't showing up under my warranty information. It still shows to be expiring in two months. I don't like the process used for purchasing care packs. Being told you have to wait 3-4 weeks for registration email of an electronic delivery item doesn't seem right. I bought it independent of my computer purchase. My computer was a refurbished one that only came with 90 day warranty. I am now concerned with if I will ever receive any information or if I just got charged. I don't like being charged for an electronic delivery item and not receiving it immediately. I don't think I would buy this again simply because of the process.
