Inoperative audio on PC
There is no audio. When I try to correct in settings, I am told there are no audio devices.

Laptop
The keyboard on the laptop is supposed to light up. I don’t know how to make it do that. No instructions came with it. I believe that I paid extra money for that feature and really wanted it.

Great, with a caveat
The care pack itself is great, getting it was another story. I never did get a good explanation for why the first attempt was denied. I talked to someone, they talked to someone and boom! it was approved, no explanation for why the delay! Not a great start to a relationship!

Inappropriate purchase.
First, I’m not sure why this was purchased. Explain its value. This is a 3-year support of my current HP laptop for repair . . . or was this support for a new HP purchase?

hp assistant doesn't recognize care pack
I bought this care pack on 12/3/2022 and hp assistant still doesn't recognize it in the warranty section. I'm afraid that if something should happen to my laptop past its one-year warranty, hp won't recognize the care pack and I'm going to have a fight on my hands.

Great Gaming Computer for Business Use
Great computer. It operates quickly and smoothly. I have owned several HP computers and this one is by far the best. I wanted speed and power and it has both. I am not a gamer. I purchased this computer so that I would have a computer that would last and out perform the average computer used for demanding work environments. Great choice!

Turning on computer and keyboard
I am not happy with the on/off switch. It is in the top row with about 20 other switches and does NOT stand out in anyway. SO I have to get out my reading glasses and look HARD to be sure I clicked the correct button. Wish it would be separate from the other buttons like my previous DELL was.
Also, not sure if this a complain about HP or Windows 11, but when I initially turn on the computer the mouse worked the curser but the keyboard was not working. After getting out a separate computer and googling this on the web, I discovered that I needed to hole down a specific button for 8 seconds to turn on the keyboard. Ok, fixed. Except next time I turned it on, same problem. Keyboard NOT working. Eventually I figured out how to reset the default so that the keyboard would work when I turned on PC. But this was WAY TOO hard and should have defaulted to the keyboard WORKING!!!

The only item I am not happy with is an HP rep told me I do not get telephone support. I am going to further check into this as I believe I do get that support. If I do then 5 stars.

Really - review an extended warranty service?
I'm beginning to wonder about a company who asks you to rate an extended purchase warranty two weeks after you bought it, for one of their products you bought less than a year ago? Should I get concerned about needing to actually use the extended warranty I bought for laptop whose original warranty has 90+ days remaining? Do they know something I don't? Do they know it's going to break down?
