Getting "Instant ink" to Automatically send Bottles Problematic for Me
The HP Smart Tank 7602 using liquid ink bottles is a wonderful printer, but thus far getting those ink bottles delivered "automatically" when needed by HP Smart "Instant Ink" is problematic. I've had to turn to Amazon.

HP does not care about their customers
HP is not the same company do not buy their products. The printer we bought did not work and it was over a month fighting with them for a return. We gave up and bought a Brother printer. We are so done with HP. They are not the same company

How can refill the tank if it’s not completely empty? The tank isn’t empty, but the papers print out very dull that you can barely see it.
With HP SmartTanks you can fill the Tanks before the are completely empty. The bottle will seal airtight so any leftover ink in the bottle will not dry out. Thanks for your question!

Are these refillable?
The printer tank is refillable, but the bottles are not and have a special end to help make sure that they only release ink when connected to the tank on the printer that way they do not spill.
