Quality cartridge
It is a little difficult to install. I don't know why but to me it is. The black cartridge goes in real easy but not the tri-color.

Would not give refund for mistaken oder using HP S
AS I told previously in my refund request I ordered on HP Smart cartridges for my printer a 7740 printer. This was the first time that I have ordered this way. Figuring that HP printer was smart I assumed that it would tell me what I needed for the printer so I ordered a 63 and 63 L cartridge pack.
I asked for a refund but they denied me. You can see that I reordered the right cartridge (see E Mail string below) because I could not wait as my ink was out. I was denied the refund request for the first order and can’t understand why. I will never use HP again if they can not refund the original unused un opened cartridges which was the reason given for not refunding.

YOU MAKE A PRODUCT THAT ONLY PRODUCES 50-60 SHEETS AND THAT IS A RIP OFF. WHY DO YOU SAY IT WILL PRINT OUT OVER 200 PAGES WHEN IT DOESN'T. I HAVE A BASKET FULL OF YOUR CARTRIDGES AND YOU SHOULD REFUND ME MONIES FOR ALL OF THEM. THIS ALSO PERTAINS TO THE BLACK AS WELL....

Product: good. Ancillary services: Not so good.
I have used HP products for many hears. I normally order products from the website. The ink is fine, but I find I am getting less copies from each refill, even though I am not a high copy user. Also it takes way too long to receive the product (gone from next business day to around 10 days) and I miss the discount I used to get (far more than the current amount). Customer service is poor to non-existent, if you have to talk to a real person (excessive wait time and endless loops).

I have two HP Deskjet 6940. They both continue to be excellent printers! However, I need ink cartridges 96 Black and 95 or 97 Color. Do you have compatible ink cartridges for my printer? Why would you discontinue the ink for for the 6940 printer???
Thank you for your question! The HP 95 and 98 cartridges are also compatible with the HP DeskJet 6940. As the printer was originally manufactured in 2005 the cartridges are becoming harder to find.
