The color inks were sent in a separate box rather than envelope, and were fine. Recommend not sending cartridges in envelopes. Have not had problems beyond first print job.

I am a Snowbird in Florida, and when I get back to Maryland I will buy the exact same HP printer, because it is dependable and reasonably priced. Prior to this printer, every time I tried to print on my “other“ printer I would say to myself “print & pray”, never knowing if my print job would go through, or go off-line.
