Rated 1 out of 5 by AverageJoeNY from HP 925 vertical mouse incompatible with other HP wireless dongle products - Poor customer service The HP 925 ergonomic vertical mouse is a great mouse; however, it is unable to pair the same USB-A wireless dongle as the HP 975 wireless keyboard. This incompatibility information is nowhere to be found on HP's websites, yet I was still charged the 15% restocking fee for returning the two items. Multiple emails to HP's customer service were ignored. I liked the mouse, but the fact that the HP 975 wireless keyboard and the HP 925 vertical mouse required two separate, incompatible wireless dongles taking up two USB-A ports was a deal breaker.

Is this a left handed mouse? Does HP make a left handed ergonomic vertical mouse?

The left click and the right click on the mouse can be reversed in the settings, but this HP 925 Ergonomic Vertical Mouse for business is not designed for left-handed customers.

Mine just died. How do I charge it?

Please patch software:Assigned volume up/down to side buttons with HP Software, when pressing them quickly repeatedly the default browser back/forward sometimes still execute. While holding down button 4 the cursor only moves horizontally. Latest firmware

I purchased this mouse for my Mac.  I can't seem to figure out how to get the application to work so I can set up the other buttons of the device.  Does anyone have suggestions?
