Thank you for shopping at HP!
Here's how to enable architectural (Arch) sizes for printing on an HP Designjet printer:
Open the Printing Preferences window for the HP Designjet printer driver.
Select the Paper Standards tab.
Verify the Architectural checkbox is unchecked, then check it.
Click Apply and then OK.
Arch sizes should now be available in the Printing Preferences window.
Here's another method for printing custom paper sizes:
Select Custom1 under Custom paper sizes.
Choose the sheet size for Architectural under Select a form.
Click OK.
Select the Finishing tab.
Under Document Options, check the box to Remove Margins between Pages.
The HP Smart app can also be used to change print settings, including paper size.
If that method doesn't work try changing the orientation of the print.
