Fast printer and precision
This design jet T8 150 large format plotter 36 inch printer is exactly what I’m looking for in my office. I need to print out many large blueprints for a nonprofit organization and this definitely does the trick. The print quality is perfection and although I’ve only had it for a couple weeks so far, it hasn’t let me down yet. And for such large printing quality and quantity, the speed works tremendously fast.

Amazing for blueprints
I've been using the DesignJet T850 Large Format Plotter 36-in, and it’s a fantastic tool for printing large-scale projects. The print quality is outstanding, with sharp details and vibrant colors. It handles everything from architectural blueprints to posters with ease. The 36-inch width gives me the flexibility I need for various design tasks. Setup was straightforward, and the user interface is intuitive. It’s also surprisingly fast, which is great for tight deadlines. Overall, the T850 has been reliable and efficient, making it a perfect addition to any design or engineering workspace.

The best printer on the market!!
I've been using the HP Design jet T850 large format plotter 36-inch printer at an organization that I volunteer at. This printer is phenomenal!! I help print out blueprints for a non-profit organization that builds homes for affordable housing communities. This printer has saved so much money because of the high quality and size of the printer. Instead of spending thousands on a blueprint printing company, this printer does it all! Saves time and money! More money goes to building the home itself. I can't begin to describe how easy it is to set up and use this printer. It even comes with a 2-year warranty. This printer paid for itself by all the money it saved within the first month of owning by the organization. This is the most durable high-quality printer I've ever touched. I'm amazed with how fast this prints out while maintaining top quality. I highly recommend it.

EXTREME FRUSTRATION
I purchased the $400 installation support and network setup for my new Designjet T830. While purchasing, the customer service person told me that someone would come within 5 business days. We are a mechanical contractor so using wide format prints is a very important part of our daily work. After 5 business days, I called customer service. They could not find my equipment serial number, my service pak for installation, nor my 3 year NBD service pak. I had to send email with pictures of the box and paperwork to prove that I purchased anything. It took me 21 days of calling every day, getting bounced around from department to department (sometimes 8-10 people a day), and talking to multiple supervisors before I could get someone here. I even told them I wanted them to pick it back up and they refused to give me a refund. Very disappointed and frustrated by the way I was treated. I also did not like that everyone I talked to was from a foreign country. I had a very hard time understanding them.
I do have to say that the technician that came to perform the installation was very nice and helpful. He was efficient, had a good personality, and knew what he was doing. I was satisfied with him.
