The screen freezes, the serial number is invalid, they advertise it as having a 3 year warranty, but only shows 1 year upon arrival. Can't contact customer service online because of invalid serial number. HP unresponsive! Not as sleek as their Pavilion models.

That's exactly why I returned it. In order to get another sent out to me with a touchscreen, it had to be "custom built" for hundreds of dollars more when I was assured it had all the features I wanted in the first place. I had specifically ask for touchscreen. Your sales staff should be better trained!

Can you connect two external displays (HP E32K G5 monitors) from the two ThunderBolt4 USB-C ports (HP EliteBook 660 16-inch G11 Notebook PC) simultaneously? If so, do you have a power adapter to connect to the USB A charger port at the same time?

Thank you for your question! While this HP EliteBook 660 16-inch G11 Notebook PC does have two Thunderbolt ports, one is used to charge the laptop. Theoretically, you can operate two external displays via the Thunderbolt ports but the laptop will be operating on battery power, which is not recommended for best results. This HP EliteBook 660 16-inch G11 Notebook PC does include an HDMI port that can be used for a second external display. Also, an HP USB-C Dock or Thunderbolt Dock will be compatible as well. Does it have a port for SD Card Reader? It looks like there is a port, maybe it just a dummy port.
