Setup Nightmare
This printer is horrible. I can’t set it up with the app, the App can find the printer with Bluetooth even though I can see it on my WiFi network. Obviously a common problem after reading many reviews. Looks like I will be sending this back to HP if I can’t get it resolved soon.

Good printer once initial issue resolved
While my HP Envy garnered a 10/10 rating, this OfficeJet has proven so far to be a good printer. It has not jammed at all. However, at the very beginning, it would not print in color - only B/W - thus the 4-star rating.

Great product, works well. This is the second HP printer we have, same cartridges. Received quickly and in good condition. I was disappointed to see the same printer on Ebay sold from HP $5 less the next day. Still a good price and great product. Thanks for making it available, I would not otherwise have been able to purchase.

Printer is fast and print is sharp. Color photographs from newspapers and other publications are OK but not vibrant - about the same as my last HP printer. Does what it's supposed to do, quickly.

Nice machine, but a little hard to program on that little screen with my big fingers. Perhaps you should add a little tool, like a touch-pencil to help me touch the screen??

Not as well built as its predecessor 8620
This unit is much cheaper built than the 8620 that I had. I was recommended to get this one to replace that one as it was its equal but it is in no way equal as it seems much cheaper built with smaller ink cartridges.

Hello, HP Retention Department.
I was told that HP does not service this machine, the 8710 any more.
Having had the Instant Ink for a pretty long time, I still have a number cartridges of all colors.
Since this was the case, I looked at getting another machine from you. BEFORE I COMMITTED TO THIS, I ASKED THE CUST SVC AGENT (Darius?) IF THE CARTRIDGES WOULD
WORK IN THE NEW PRINTER I WAS BUYING. I ASKED TWICE. HE SAID YES TWICE. CHECK YOUR RECORDINGS!
I went through all the trouble of buying your new printer, putting my printing on hold, waiting for the new printer, setting it up, only to find out the ink cartridges DO NOT FIT the new machine you sent me. VERY ANNOYING,
AND IT COST ME A BUNCH OF TIME, FOCUS AND AGGRAVATION.
I Have a number of cartridges from my current HP8710. I plan on using them, now what I got my printer running, contrary to your saying it was not serviceable.
So I went to a third party vendor and got my machine running. Cost me $50 and lots of inconvenience. So I sent the machine back and got credit for it.
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU CAN SOMEHOW PROVIDE ME WITH SOME CONSIDERATION FOR WHAT I WENT THROUGH. CAN YOU SEND ME A FULL SET OF 952 XL CARTRIDGES
And $50?
That will mean a lot to us, yet only partly cover our grief and aggravation!
If I get no consideration, we will be going with more Brother printers in the future. My wife uses one and is very happy with it.
It’s up to you. I have use many, many HP printers over the years in my small business.
Please let me know. Thanks for your consideration.

Does the HP Officejet Pro 8025e have a USB port so that I can save scanned docs onto a USB thumb drive? Will it also read from the thumb drive to print. It appears that the 8025e and the 8035e have identical specs on the HB website. Is this correct?

Do you offer an extender for the paper out put tray? Because the product photos are not accurate. My pages hang over the edge by almost half and fall to the floor if more than 1 is printed.
Obviously that was already done. The ‘extender’ is a joke. Even with that out the pages hang off by more than half and quickly fall to the floor. Your online photos are deceptive because that is not how they lay when printed. Definitely would not recommend this model. The tray might be sleek but it is not very functional. Will be researching new printers and getting rid of this asap!

Can you show us the FLATBED SCANNER size? I need to scan big old fragile photos and copy part of notes or books with LEGAL sizes.
The HP OfficeJet 8025e Pro All-in-One is capable of scanning letter size via the flatbed scanner. Legal-size items must be scanned via the document feeder. The HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 features an 11" by 17" flatbed scanner and will be a great option for you though.
