Good product but…
Printer up & running well. Installation guidance was poor however. Previous tech promised to call & help with installation…still waiting for his callback. After numerous attempts of calling, I called previous warrantee number for tech with installation instructions. After 30-45 minutes of guidance fax still not working and was told to consult cable provider. Turned out it was a faulty telephone wire going to printer ! Did you not check for hard wire communication?!
Printing support tray keeps jamming because it’s so flimsy the paper it supports appears stronger. Also paper supply tray os difficult to open because finger recess is very limited.
Operation is good but spend a little more on construction & convenience. Also tell your techs don’t make promises you can’t keep. Under promise and over deliver was my motto.

The printer seems much cheaper and much less sturdy than my previous one. It seems temperamental, at times. The paper drawer does not slide out unless I close the paper grabber, on the top. Very inconvenient and a waste of time. The window on front is way over to the left, and hard for me to even see it - too small. I am not terribly happy with this printer.

Unclear wifi error messages
Printing overall is great. The menu concerning wifi connection is not as intuitive as I would like. I keep getting messages about not being connected, but it is not clear how to check the connection or reset the connection. At the same time, when I go throught the menus, it seems like the printer is indeed connected...I've dismissed it at this point. Things seem to be running smoothly without concerning myself with it - although the warning that it may soon stop printing if I'm not connected gives me some small amount of anxiety.

Hate the paper tray
I HATE the paper tray. Very cheaply made, and sticks and wont take paper that is heavier, say for a resume or official pages. I wasted numerous pages trying to make it work and ended up printing it on a regular paper, putting that on top of my official paper and then printing it on the top tray. On the good side set up of the machine was super easy.

Does the 8025e have a USB port? If not, what other comparable models do?

Does the HP Officejet Pro 8025e have a USB port so that I can save scanned docs onto a USB thumb drive? Will it also read from the thumb drive to print. It appears that the 8025e and the 8035e have identical specs on the HB website. Is this correct?

Do you offer an extender for the paper out put tray? Because the product photos are not accurate. My pages hang over the edge by almost half and fall to the floor if more than 1 is printed.
Obviously that was already done. The ‘extender’ is a joke. Even with that out the pages hang off by more than half and quickly fall to the floor. Your online photos are deceptive because that is not how they lay when printed. Definitely would not recommend this model. The tray might be sleek but it is not very functional. Will be researching new printers and getting rid of this asap!

Can you show us the FLATBED SCANNER size? I need to scan big old fragile photos and copy part of notes or books with LEGAL sizes.
The HP OfficeJet 8025e Pro All-in-One is capable of scanning letter size via the flatbed scanner. Legal-size items must be scanned via the document feeder. The HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 features an 11" by 17" flatbed scanner and will be a great option for you though.
