Love this printer
This printer is one of the best I have ever had. It prints pages quickly and easily no longer do I have to wait forever for things to print it takes almost no time for them to print. The colors are vibrant and look amazing. I am very happy with this printer and love having it. I have already printed about 50 pages and it still says it has full Ink. I like the idea of the insant ink have not gotten any of the replacements yet so I am not sure how easy they are to put in or anything. it does print pictures very well too. my daughter recently purchased this printer for home and business use. I've been able to use it quite a few times when I need to print things for both work and personal use. my daughter helped me set up printing via my smartphone which has been very easy and helpful as I am not that great with technology. the printer prints very quickly and the pages come out just fine - no mess. my daughter was also explaining the good deal she is getting with the toner/ink - and that she received 6 months free with the purchase of this product. I had never heard of that before for this brand or any brand and thought that was very innovative. overall I'd give this printer a 10/10 for its quick features and ease of use. I absolutely love my new printer. The features and ease of setup are really unmatched. The features are great and I love that the screen is clear and easy to read. I love that it’s compatible with the HP Instant Ink program as well because it’s so very convenient and I’ve never run out of ink! You can copy, scan and fax with 2-sided, mobile and wireless printing and has an automatic document feeder for convenient copying of multiple documents at the same time.
Printer was super easy to set up and took less than 15 minutes to complete. I set it up via WiFi and the HP Smart App that has various printer functions. This printer works flawlessly thus far!
The printer came with a valuable offer for 1 year free HP instant ink program. I think this program is very innovative and useful. It entails a very low cost fee every month, which saves you about 50% on ink each year and the ink is automatically shipped to you home whenever the system detects that your ink levels are low with no final shipping costs. Brilliant!

I've always loved HP printers, and this this office jet has not let me down. It was super easy to set up straight out of the box. The fax was easy to connect and get up and running. Loading the new printer was as easy as the click of a mouse thanks to HP smart apps. Linking my phone and other smart devices were just as easy. Next came something just as magical as the unboxing, HP instant ink. HP instant ink is the best program. Just link your printer through the instant ink and keep it connected to wifi. The printer will let HP instant ink know when the printer is low on ink and send you what you need. You no longer have to check cartridges or run to the store to pick them up. They're delivered and there prior to you needing them. Essentially, your printer thinks for you. You pay each month based on how many sheets you plan on printing so you choose your plan. This printer comes with a free trial. The quality of print is excellent both color and grayscale. Pages print quickly even if you're printing front and back. I print daily for school and work and have had no issues with copying or printing. Scanning and copying with the auto feeder is the greatest! I have had printers before without that feature and I can't go back now. Overall an excellent printer package. HP has hit a homerun with this office jet. Highly recommend. Excellent Home Office Printer
I was very impressed with the ease of setting up the HP OffJet Pro 8034e out of the box. The directions are phenomenal! It is great to have 1 year of instant ink included and for it to be able to connect to almost any device. I have printed almost 200 pages since I started using this printer and it works excellently. Nice mid-level printer
The HP OfficeJet Pro 8034e is an upgrade for the lower end HP printer I had been using since my remote work employer plans to expand his business into new territories and this will increase my workload immensely.
While my other HP worked, the printing wasn't very fast and it didn't have as many functions.
I love the easy to use pop up screen, and that the paper tray holds more.
Setting Up:
Sadly, I am not an expert at setting up printers and did struggle getting it assembled and working. Thankfully customer support was very helpful. It would be great if this were truly plug and play instead of having to install drivers, download multiple apps, look up trouble shooting ideas, and contact customer service. Loving being able to wirelessly print directly from my phone. I like having the free Instant Ink trial, with my previous printer I limited printing to work related only. It's freeing to be able to print other documents instead of visiting a library to use their equipment.

My first HP Printer
I've had a few printers but this is my first HP printer and I'm pretty impressed. The app for the printer made setup a breeze.
I love that I can fax from it. I know faxing is old school and I almost never need it. But even though it's 2022. I still have to fax things from time to time. So being able to easily do this from home is amazing.
Prints come out nice and fast. I haven't run into any issues. I work from home and have two kids in school. So being able to color print, prints from wirelessly from multiple devices, really comes in handy. I imagine this printer would fit most people's needs.

This is my 2nd HP all in one brilliant must have office essential
it is all you need for your small business, easy to set up and functional nearly out of the box.
The on screen tutorial videos are there to help just in case though hardly needed, fast printing, perfect scanner with 2 options to scan from the paper feeder and the scanner glass.
The best feature is the ability to do nearly everything and use every function from your cell phone or tablet and it works seamlessly with apple and android devices.
Amount of ink included is going to last a while with my work needs, it is my daily assistance.
A lot of innovation is integrated into this all in one, it even includes it is own "folder" on your smart device and can be accessed from anywhere with easy to navigate function, for example you can scan your insurance paperwork and it is available wherever you go as long as you have your phone with you, same for financial records and work related documents.
Also options to scan larger than usual items, same for printing and choices for resolution to scan.
Highly recommended.

Everything you need in a Printer
I purchased this printer to replace my old printer which had some issues. This printer came with the manuals, ink, and everything I needed in the box. It was easy to set up and connect multiple printers/mobile devices to. I am able to print, scan, check ink levels, copy, and more through the mobile app. The Instant Ink subscription is convenient and saves me the hassle of having to remember to order more ink and shop around for the best price. Great Multi-Function Printer
We love our new HP Officejet Pro printer! It was well packaged, and incredibly easy to unpack and set up. Setup instructions were easy to follow, and initial setup was straight forward through the HP Smart app.
As a wireless printer, it does not have to be located adjacent to your computer. We have successfully printed from multiple devices.
Scanning is very straight forward, and you can use the document feeder, or place the document directly on the glass. Printing is quick, and clean, and 2-sided printing works great!
Our purchase of the printer included 1 year of Instant Ink, where HP sends replacement ink cartridges based on print usage. This has the potential to save a ton of money as replacement cartridges can be quite pricey.
Print jobs look great, and we’ve had the opportunity to print photos on photo paper. Colors were crisp and clean.
I highly recommend the HP Officejet Pro, and look forward to HP’s Instant Ink service for my ink needs. I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion.

Print, Scan and Copy with Ease
The printer was delivered in the packaging with the printer itself, the ink cartridges, and a guide to set up the printer. Setting up the printer was a breeze as it was all done through the app. You need to create an account with HP Smart and the guided navigation will automatically detect the printer.
The print quality is amazing and one year of supply from HP makes it more better for printing.
Apart from printing, scanning, and copying are the other functions this printer offers which were very good. I was able to scan the passports and other important documents and store them digitally without any hassle.
You can do everything with the app which offers a variety of other options like mobile fax, camera scan, etc.
The only con which I feel is that the paper tray is very delicate and might break if we apply too much pressure.
I would definitely recommend this printer.

Nice Printer
I'll start off by saying that this printer is definitely what I've been looking for, for a while. The main reason why I'm giving it a 4 start rating is because I had a lot of difficulty trying to get it to connect to my hp account. I've restated my router, printer and phone just to see if that would work. I managed to get it to print one time and ran into issues again.
Besides those issues, everything else has been great! The fact that it's wireless is a huge plus for me!! My last printer wasn't a wireless and had to be connected to my computer in order to print and that was a pain.
I really enjoy the idea of the HP Instant ink program! I feel like I don't have to worry about ever running out of ink because it'll keep track and send replacements without ever having to leave the house.

Hands Down, Best Printer I Ever Owned!
Words can not express how happy I am with my HP OffJet Pro 8034e. I have owned many printers in my lifetime but none can compare to this one. I do a lot of printing for work, school, and crafting projects. This printer is able to encompass all my needs. The setup process was extremely easy. I am able to print from anywhere. I love that everything I need is right at my fingertips. The HP printer app is absolutely astonishing. I have never been able to access all my printer's features from my phone. Every print is quality. But, I left out one of the best features. My printer orders the ink for me. It knows when the ink is low and orders more. To me this feature is priceless. This is an innovative idea. More times then less, I go to use my computer and the ink is out, then I need to go to the store and get some or wait a day or so until my order would come in. Now, it's already on hand. The quality of the prints coming out is amazing. Each page comes out quickly and flawlessly.

Best Printer Ever
I love the fact that the HP Office Jet Pro 8034e is wireless. It was an absolute breeze to set up with the HP+ application. I print documents regularly for work to review and this printer handles everything I throw at it. From contracts, to scans, to faxes , it printers them all flawlessly. The main attraction of this printer was the fact that it's a smart device and knows when it needs ink. I love the fact that I don't have to go to the store,, or online and order ink cartridges; it does it all for you. HP came up with a winner with this printer and I can honestly say, I won't look at any other printers the same again.
I also love the fact that you can print from any device you have on your wireless network. Install the app on the device, connect to the printer and you can print from anywhere you are, even the backyard. This is an amazing printer. The HP Officejet 8034e is an excellent printer!
This printer is effortless to set up from the physical to the Bluetooth. I must confess that I am not a fan of directions following, and I am glad I was not forced to follow the directions during the 8034e setup. The physical setup was visually self-explanatory. The connectivity was also straightforward, with the unit guiding me through the process.
The wireless connectivity has functioned flawlessly. I have connected three computers and four phones to the 8034e with zero issues. I use android, while my wife and children use IOS, and both operating systems connected and easily printed. We generally print more from our phones, but the computer test print was also seamless.
The body is constructed with hard plastic and appears pretty sturdy. My only negative would be the loading tray, as it does not seem as sturdy as the rest of the printer.
This printer has a sizeable 35-page auto document feeder and easily does two-sided printing.
The perfectly sized color touchscreen is excellent for helping navigate the different functions and settings. I appreciate that the touchscreen can adjust for viewing in a seated or standing position.
The HP+ Smart app is a very professional look/feel. You can scan from your phone, and the app will crop, flatten, smooth, and allow editing from the palm of your hand. The shortcuts will enable you to scan, attach, file, and send documents. The advanced features will work with applications like Google Drive and Dropbox. Did I mention that you can fax from your phone? I, like most, am doing more with my phone, and mobile faxing is a great feature.
I absolutely love the free instant ink when you sign up for HP+. The instant ink cartridges will ship automatically, so you never run out. You will not run out of ink, and you won't need to run out to get ink when it starts running low, and that makes HP+ a no-brainer for me. The subscription has enough ink to print up to 700 pages monthly for a year - up to 8,400 pages in total.
The functionality and features make this a must-buy if you are looking for a medium-duty all-in-one printer.

I recently received my HP OffJet Pro 8034e that comes with a free 6 Month Instant Ink plan. At first i thought it would be a one big job to set it up but to my surprise it was so easy and fairly straightforward to get it done. It has built-in instructions and guides to connect to wifi and I was up and running in less than 30min (including unboxing). I actually connected the printer to my cell phone and my laptop through HP smart app. The printer is relatively quiet. It prints reasonably fast. It’s pretty compact for all its features. The printer is connected to hp smart app that allows you to check printer’s status and ink level. One of my favorite attributes of the printer is touchscreen control display, it is so clear and easy to use, such an improvement over standard buttons. The Bluetooth capability makes communication easy without all the wires and great for printing from multiple sources. Its all rounder printer, you can print, scan and copy. It made my life pretty easy. The print quality itself is good and fast, vibrant colors. Really overall a fantastic printer ! I received this printer at discount in exchange of my honest review

Excellent printer
I received my printer and set it up, it was easy to setup. Downloaded the 9required apps to my Android phone and installed the printer and printer apps with no problem. It prints from my Android devices with no problems. It lacks the ability to scan documents to my Android devices though. Found an app called mopria scan that allows me to scan the documents to my Android devices. I think the instant ink provides a good value for replacement ink, it is an innovative idea from HP. I received a discount on the product for my review. Besides the not scanning problem when I try to use the instant ink option, it tells me it can not connect to my printer. Printer prints fine and operates perfectly but I have tried resetting the printer as suggested and still dies not work for instant ink. When I load my hp.prifikr it dies not detect that I have a printer. I am using Android 11 on a Motorola Moto one 5g ace if that makes any difference. The smart app works fine on my Samsung Galaxy tab a so I was able to login to instant ink. My tablet I believe is running android 10, so apparently the problem is with 11, 12, and 13 as it died not work on my Google pixel 5a running android 13. Hope this gets fixed in an update.

Will this printer print on 12 mil. photo paper? I can find weights, but nothing about thickness.
Thank you for your question! This HP OfficeJet 8035e Pro All-in-One is compatible with 60 to 75 lb (photo) paper. 75-pound photo paper is 11.8 mils thick. 12 mil thickness is close but you should be fine. Make sure to only load the paper tray about 50% to full for best results.

does the 8035e have a usb port?
Hello. Thanks for your question. There is a USB port on the back of this HP Officejet Pro 8035e printer that would allow you to connect to a computer with the USB A to B 2.0 cable. The USB cable is not included. This printer also has a front USB port that allows you to scan to a USB flash drive or print photos from a USB flash drive.
